[Resolved]  Axis Bank — atm services

My ATM card is blocked in Axis bank atm center at near Guru Nanak College in Velacherry on 30th Dec 2008. I gave customer request form to Vijayanagar Branch at Velacherry on the same day. But I have not yet received my ATM card. Please let me know the status of my above complaints.

I Dr.Rankanath Behera beg to state that my AXIS bank account number is [protected].
On dated 24.06.2009, at about 4.30 pm while withdrawing money in State Bank Rly Station ATM counter, Balugaon, Khurdha, Orissa with my Axis bank ATM, I wait to withdraw Rs.10000 from the ATM counter but in 1st time, there was no cash and no receipts received in the first transaction from the ATM and the ATM counter screen shows the message, "TRANSACTION WAS TIME OUT" and there was no cash and no receipts received from ATM.So, I remain few minutes after this transaction but there was no reply from ATM machine.Again I tried to withdraw Rs.10000 from that same ATM counter and subsequently two times I have withdraw Rs.10000 each successfully with cash and receipts means total Rs.20000 has been withdrawn from my account.Originally balance was Rs.47174 and after these three transactions I have found the balance to be Rs.17174, in which one transaction was failed showing "TIME OUT" and in which Rs.30000 has been cutoff from my account which is wrong because only I have withdrawn Rs.20000 from my account and the first transaction was failed showing "TIME OUT" with no cash and no receipts and so there is a shortage of Rs.10000 from my account.
So, please enquire about this situation and kindly deposit Rs.10000 which is shortage in my account bearing account number [protected].
So, there is a shortage of Rs.10000 from my account.

always we a facing a lots of problem in Balugaon and Banpur region for with drawing our money, so plz set up a machine at Banpur for the banking transaction.

it was first time when i used my atm card.when i enter pin code number what i got in "identification number", sceen show me "please enter corect pin code".

Atm services near spurtank road is worst.The Complaint is always out of service.Why cant the bank recover the problem.This often many times.

I tried to withdraw my money which in Punjab national bank, but accessed in your AXIS Bank ATM Located at Sarita Vihar in New Delhi. Unfortunately my money get deducted from my A/c from PNB through ur ATM. So plz tell me what should i do ?

At the time of withdrawal from ATM situated at Pilakhowa, Hapur Dist. Ghaziabad UP to day at about 6=50 PM due to power failure my money rs 500/- not came out of the machine. But it was clear after Balance checking with other ATM it is found that money has already deducted, please see.
my card is of SBI Maestro card.
