[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Loss due to irresponsible bank employees

Dear Sir,
I opened a saving A/c. at Axis Bank Ltd., branch Civil Lines A/c. no. [protected] Name: Jitendra kumar Dhiran, in February 2009, later on 05/04/2009 I have watched my profile through internet banking & was surprised to see that all of my personal details are incorrect, but I responded positively & submitted an application regarding the details of mistake made by Bank & requested to correct them on 11th April 2009, Enclosing Xerox of my Mobile Bill & PAN Card.

The mistakes were as followed.

I have the receipt copy of the said application with bank stamp. Later acting bona fide I registered for online funds transfer facility, (I am working as an accounts Manager in a company so I am unable to do banking in the office hours) but was unable use it I couldn’t register for net secure just because my personal details with the bank are incorrect (for which I have submitted all documents twice). The net secure was forcefully imposed by Axis bank on consumers, no other bank have done so. I have sustained huge loss because of this. Further on 17th August 2009 I resubmitted an application regarding the same along with the Xerox of my Mobile Bill & PAN Card (I have the receipt copy of the same) but still no action is been taken. The employees of the bank are very irresponsible that they even do not answer in proper way & language.

I request you to take some action that no customer should be treated by bank in this manner.

Dear sir
i am previsouly worked in your axisbank and i releaving on[protected], But right know i am not getting my provident fund so please do some favour for, even i am give a request to branch as well as the southern zonal office but nobody give a correct response to me. and my employee id no is 26560 my SE code is S1705, so kindly give some responsible reply

I request you to take some action that no employee should be treated by bank in this manner
Dear Sir / Madam

I gunjan arora have left axis bank in Nov 2007. My employee code is 14529 . But to till date i am not getting my full and final settlement and my provident fund, Infact i have requested to my branch as well as Zonal office to settle down. But i have not got correct information.So kindly do the needful at the earliest.
