Declined ATM Transaction but Amount Debited from Account
I k ravi kumar went to One of the andhra bank atm, at kondapur, hyderabad to Withdraw Rs., 1900/- date.29.04.2010 from my Account operated with AXisbank, begumpet, hyderabad savings account a/cno. [protected] .k.ravi kumar

The ATM Declined the Transaction but I was shocked to See my amount mini statement the next minute and found the Amount was Debited from My Account rs.1, 900..reference no.290410 date.29.04.2010

This is a serious issue for me because I had to make a payment for another bank the next day. I am worried how i can make this payment the next day.

Sub: Money not got by ATM transaction but debited from my Account

Sir,

I have ATM card of Sate Bank Of India A/C No.[protected] Samuel Street Mumbai -400003. On dated 12/06/2011 at time 03.55 pm I used card no[protected] at AXIS Bank ATM, Alipur Village. ATM ID – SPCN 2087, record no – 9358 & 9359.

I put the card in ATM made the transaction for withdrawal of Rs. 1300 & 1000/- I did'nt received any amount, I got the ATM receipt "TRANSACTION DECLINED 072 UNABLE TO PROCESS". But from my account Rs. 2300/- had been debited.

I am sure that this must be an error and I would like you re-credit the amount to my account.
