[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit Card cancellation

Hi,

I really need your help axis bank.

I have not used my credit card for any transaction. and your team is deducting money from my saving account for so long against late charges. I have tried calling so many times.. But nobody has helped to resolve this issues.

Could you please cancel my credit card [protected] which has expired long past.

no response to replacement of atm card.

I submitted a form to replace my old damaged atm card more than 20 days before. But, there is no any response from your branch. Name-BITU BORAH A/C NO.- [protected] Card no.- [protected] North lakhimpur branch, asam.

I request all the people not to accept any credit card from Axis Bank.
I learned my lesson twice. First with MY ZONE credit card and then now with NEO card.
I closed MY ZONE card around two years back and then I made a mistake by accepting the NEO card from Axis Bank around 4 months back. I shouldn't have.
Now I am going to close this Neo Card also after current billing cycle is done with.

AXIS bank card is not more active but still i am receiving the statement and the amount . there is no amount pending from my side, but still it showing that sum amount needs to be paid for the card Number : [protected] .

Please cancel this card as it had been cancelled long back .Please help me on this
