Axis Bank — Debited twice during one transaction

axis bank & Lici — uwanted debit from my SB account

Dear Sir

On line payment of a LIC premium Rs 1219.00 has been made by me on 15-6-08. But During Checking of my statement on 16-6-08 it came to my notice that the said amount debited twice from my SB Ac No- [protected].In this Circumstances I need necessary advice from your end to overcome the situation.
