Dear Sir,
I've applie for credit card 2 months back. Just 15 - 20 days before i'd a telephonic conversation with one of your officials and he told me that you've received my application on 3rd Nov.07.
So according to your procedures i should get the card by the end of the month November 2007 itself. But i've not yet received the same. Could you please help me to know the status of my credit card and do the needful as early as possible ?
Secondly I've mentioned my residencial address for correspondance. I would be obliged if you could change my residencial address and send all the corresponds to the office adrress for which the details are mentioned below.

i am a Axis bank A?C holder and when i applied for Credit card it took 3 months for aproving it and once when i received the card in my office i was not there so the courier have returned it back ok then from then on i am trying to contact axis bank for the shipment details and they say it is not updated in the computer, rascals how do they think that we believe that kind of crap.

this people are acting to smart but they should know others are also smeter then them

Hi,
I am an Axis Bank Account Holder [protected], on 27th of Dec '07 I applied for Gold Debit Card & got my Current Debit card Deactivated by calling the Customer Care upon your executive's request in Tarnaka Branch,Secunderabad.The executive informed me its a process of 6days & I will recieve my New Gold Debit Card within 6days of time & I can use Netbanking with the same.However,I recieved the Card([protected]) on 7th of Jan '08 & cannot use it as the card is Deactivated & the PIN number hasnt been arrived.I contacted Axis Bank Customer Care & the rep informed me the PIN was dispatched alongwith the Card, as I did not recieved the PIN number I asked her to Provide me the Courier's Name & the Tracking ID,the Rep refused to do so saying its their Policy.
I am unable to make any Transactions & its a great Inconvenience for me.I have been a Happy customer till this WORST experiance.Kindly Help me as I am unable to Debit money from my account & I am done with my Cheques.

i am usha chauhan applied for pan card 2 month back on the date 26/5/2009, my father give that form in axis bank, west branch. the person given receipt/ ref. no thay write wrong name in that receipt/ref no. reena chauhan i have give back that receipt to my father for changing name, my father loss that receipt.
