[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — credit cards not received

I HAVE APPLIED FOR CREDIT CARD IN AXIS BANK
I did not RECEIVED MY APPLICATION REFERNC NO. BUT I HAVE NO REPLY TO THE BANK AND NOT RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD. i have applied the card from kolkata branch ,the person who applied my case was Mr Malay ([protected])
PLZ GIVE ME REPLY
or else i am applying from a different bank.

am not happy with the service provided by AXIS bank, am a credit card holder am not receiving my monthly statements. i contacted Cochin, Chennai, Mumbai Branches. they are not aware of what to do.
thing AXIX bank is made up of BIG FOOLS.

I am very angry with services and they are cheeting customers ( they are not maintaining customer needs )

hi, ive applied for a credit card in axis bank before 2 months, they've collected my documents, & house verefication was done before 45 days. but i dint received the card yet, could u pleas tell me what is the status of that.

Dear Sir,
My card no [protected]. I was offered 45 days free health insurance from 15th Oct 07. I was about to reply regarding non acceptance of the same i.e., before 45 days. But on 22/11/07 I have received SMS stating that premium of Rs.500 would be debited to my card account. As I am not interested I request you not to debit the same to my credit card account. In case you debit I will not pay the same and I would like to state here that I am not responsible for the same.

my reference no is 861020, and i've applied for this card on first week of nov, and i also recieved the conformation from cust care that the card has been dispatched to my add, but they are not providing me with the courrier details and till now i'v not recieved my card, i would like the immediate msg to be sent to my mobile, and the email to be sent to be regarding the same

At the time of applying for credit card, It was informed that No annula charges will be charged as such it is absolute life time free. I accepted after confirming especially about annual charges and also the credit limit of the card is also less than what I expected. I am also having other bank credit cards with credit limit of more than one lakh without any annul fees and charges. I received a call to pay annual charges. I replied and refused to pay. All other banks are offering credit cards without charging any annual charges. I called to customer care also several times. but there is no response. I decided to cancell the card if annual charges are charges or to continue if the annual charges are reversed.
