[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — Double Debit

Hi,

I have applied for axis bank credit card in the starting of this year and by mistake i applied for gold plus card. After some days i changed my card to gold card to avoid any annual fee. Now after that i have not received the statements as a regular process, the axis bank collection division calls up for payment and on my request they send the statements. Suddenly in the month of august the amount from my previous card was again transferred second time and the complaint has been logged with them for ages and no response. On top of it i am still getting statements for both of cards which is not acceptable.

There has to be action taken against Axis Bank for providing such a pathetic service to public.

Axis Bank — Double debit on electronic Transfer

In the month of June and July2008, i made some online transfers for my credit card payments, Mobile bill wherein my acccount was debited twice but the beneficiary received only one payment. Have made complaints, sent mails to people concerned but no one reverted back. Now if by mistake they take my call, answer is will get back. I am a priority customer and this account is corporate salary account.
Please help.

I am customer in Axis Bank, sir my salary transfered to axis bank Rs. 11177/- & I use HDFC bank ATM Pushpa Bhawan New Delhi for withdrowls but HDFC bank ATM sais " your request not complete" afterthat I went PNB ATM madangir but balance is only 3177/- why ? PNB ATM shows Rs -8000/- ( mines), please see this point urgent basis, this is my request & please see this point urbent basis.
