[Resolved] Axis Bank Credit Card — Cancellation of Credit Card | |||
Regarding Cancellation of Credit card. I'm using Axis card credit card provided to me with my Saving account with Axis bank. After completion of one year Credit card, i dnt renewed the Credit Card, and Im getting a statement of the Card renewal fees. After putting my request on customer.[protected]@axisbank.com and providing all the required details i got reply saying that the rahul.[protected]@gmail.com email address is not registered with Axis bank; where are my all the communication bank statements and on Axis bank portal this email address is registered. As after facing issue in registering the complaints over email i tried reaching Axis bank customer support help line for the credit card cancellation; through telebanking support customer support number. I understand that through telebanking number i'm unable to regenerate fresh TPIN because my registered data of birth is wrongly mentioned; after registering the complaint to change my DOB they said its not possible through telebanking and i can send the passport details to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com saying for change in DOB. Now my problem is that the Axis bank system is not allowing me to cancel my credit card nor they are having a system to take my complaint and provide my hassle free support.
