Axis Bank Credit Card — Miscommunication- at the time of sale of credit card | |||
I am user of Axis Bank credit card. At the time of sale of credit card i have not been told about the joining fees on credit card but it has been levied in my first bill which is of Rs. 1200 plus tax. Now if i do not pay the fees my CIBIL record will affect. Axis bank is not waiving off my joining fees. Please look into my grievance. At the time of sale of Axis Bank credit card i have not been told any thing about joining fees. But in my first bill statement joining fees of Rs. 1200 plus service tax have been charged. Now they are not waiving off joining fees levied and wanted me to pay the same. If i do not pay the same that will affect my CIBIL record.
