[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — best bus complaint

From kandivali to bangurnagar there are only 3 buses running 210, 707, 205. i want to suggest them that there is no proper frequancy is maintaining by them. every 3 out of 5 occations this buses comes same time then there will be a half hour break.also their drivers & conductors are very careless specially 707 long route buses, they always skip to stop some of the small stop. I faced lots of trouble with best buses. some time i also argued with conductors regarding this, plz take some serious actions immediately on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because their drivers & conductors are becoming very careless. plz do feedback to my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in & on weekends also frequancy is very less, some this buslike 205, 210 whos last stop dahisar bridge some time they runs till chincholi bundur or orlem church (210) why they are wasting petrol to run for such short distances. i observe this buses for short distance they never had passangers, plz do take immediate actions on best buses

Main Penkar Pada Mira Road East Thakur Mall ke pass rehta hu, Hamare yaha Golden Chemical pe Subah College time pe Koi Bus Rukti Nahi hai. ( 6.15am to 6.45 am). Hume College aur chote bachon ko School jaane ko let ho jata hai.
Humne isse pehle ek complent letter diya tha.Ye hamara 2nd Complaint hai. Please aap krupa karke hamare pareshani samajkar koi nirnay lijiye.

B.E.S.T. Undertaking — NOT STOPPING BUS ON STOP.

BUS NO. 3108/PN BUS NO 14 .
THIS BUS WAS NOT STOPPING AT WADALA BRODGE STOP AT 10.00 AT NIGHT ON STOP. WHEN AT STOOD ON MID OF THE ROAD TO STOP THEN STOPPED THE BUS.
THEN I ASKED DRIVER D U HAVE STOP ON WADALA BRIDGE OR NOT HE ANSWERED YES
THEN HE SAYS U SHOULD HAVE TO SLEEP DOWN ON ROAD TO STOP THE BUS.


SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THAT DRIVER.

I am sorry to note that despite my repeat requests the A/Cs buses have been not been extended to Cadbury Junction.
There are quite a number of people travelling from Thane to Andheri every day and it would be a great help to all these office going people if the services of AS422 and AS 4216 are extended to Cadbury Junction. I would once again request you to look into the matter and take prompt action in the matter.
