[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — best bus complaint

From kandivali to bangurnagar there are only 3 buses running 210, 707, 205. i want to suggest them that there is no proper frequancy is maintaining by them. every 3 out of 5 occations this buses comes same time then there will be a half hour break.also their drivers & conductors are very careless specially 707 long route buses, they always skip to stop some of the small stop. I faced lots of trouble with best buses. some time i also argued with conductors regarding this, plz take some serious actions immediately on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because their drivers & conductors are becoming very careless. plz do feedback to my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in & on weekends also frequancy is very less, some this buslike 205, 210 whos last stop dahisar bridge some time they runs till chincholi bundur or orlem church (210) why they are wasting petrol to run for such short distances. i observe this buses for short distance they never had passangers, plz do take immediate actions on best buses

Bus no : 7, conductor batch no : 199133, date 8th Nov 2020 around 11:00 am, bus conductor demanded for extra money and was very rude in behavior, he also argued with me and asked me to get down of the bus. request for strict action against him.

Dear Sir,

Please take note of what is going on in your depot. Special in the morning 8 to 10:30am and evening 6 to 8pm Your bus 411 frequency is very less. Firstly buses come late and get crowded.from many days we are not get single bus. On given time.
so, please requesting you to increase the frequency of buses in rush hour we can travel safe journey.

Dear Sir,

Do you really take note of what is going on in your depot. Your bus 506 is irregular and frequency
is very less. Your drivers are rough and always in hurry. Firstly buses come late, then these drivers
hurrily drive the buses.

On today 30 Dec 2020, between 5:35pm and 6:40pm there comes NO bus.

Dear Sir,

Your Staff Behavior is very rut, they are very rut with passenger as well as females conductor and driver, if your allowing to your staff standing in AC bus than why the passenger are not allowed standing in AC bus. Your rules are different with passenger and staff. if your staff is going for duty than i understand that he has to reach on time to the depot so You can allowed him but he is going for his personal reason than he is also just like us than why you are allowing him inside. your bus staff people conductor should understand this. I hope You will take strict action on this and i m going to visit your pratiksha nagar depot for this i am getting bad experience, kindly look into this
