Philips Home Theatre — did not claim prize

I have booked for philips home theatre & dvd player and paid Rs. 7598.00 .
I had received the reebok these product.

But I was shocked to see there is no free gift( voucher for holiday nights &round trip)

Kindly expediate and maintain your good will as a standard company
so kindly make the corresponding requirements.

I had bought a Philips Portable DVD PLayer (PET Model) from Hong Kong and since couple of months there were problems with display and i had given it for repair once in Navi Mumbai (with Philips Authorised Service Center) and now with a Service Center in Pune (Kothrud).
The Navi Mumbai Service Center guys told me that the cost of the damaged part will be more than the cost of the DVD player and it's better to buy a new one and throw the old one. When i told them to give in writing they did not give and when i asked them to give me a photocopy of the worksheet they did not give me the copy.

Later i went to another service center in Pune and it has been 20 days now and they never called me back after diagnisos of the DVD player.

This is something very annoying and very bad service from Philips and i would say Philips does not take care of consumer complaints. I had sent a mail to Philips PR officer but did not get a reply till date.

2 months back i have received phone call form your company and conved me about my guranteed nomination in top 5 if i purchase online the apppliance name philips home theatre i booked immidiately and called for my credit card information for online payment i gave all the details and my payment was materilised .
now as on today i have not received any information or product parcel form your end and no information about my top 5 niomination.
as we knopw that in electronics market there is no purpose if you do not get your things.because in such products no price gurantee. as on to day the same philips home theatre is priced at 5999/-for which i have paid 6900/- to you

i therefore now not interesed to purchase my philips home hteatre form your company kindly cancelled my online ordered because i do not know my order no but i give below my information

Philips Home Theater — Product not received

Dear sir,
inspite of many telephonic calls my order has not been sent. My Rs28268/- has been deducted time to time through my credit card since from date[protected] to 8-6-2010. Many calls regarding reconformation of address and about the winning of gold box and other prizes recieved by me. and last call came on[protected] by Amit Kumar that i have won the gold box prize of Rs 2.2 lacks before this so many calls regarding wining of prizes amounting to Rs 4.2,3.2,1.1 has been recieved by me and every one say to purchase any product to fullfill the formality to receive the prize which i cant understand wheather they are true or fake. thus on every time purchase the amount reached to 28268/- so please send my products with in 3 days or send my money back to my S.B.I acc no [protected] or clear this wheather i have won any prize or not treat it as most urgent. And also let me know what is this funda

I had bought 2 holiday packages worth Rs.6999 from you.
The Order ID of the 2 packages are [protected] and [protected].
I had also made a payment of Rs 450 for each holiday package through net banking and sent the holiday vouchers to the address mentioned.The vouchers had been delivered as well.Also, I sent a scanned copy of the forms to their mail address.
The Order ID of the payment of Rs.450 are [protected] and [protected].
Bag it today has behaved in one of the most farcical ways by cancelling one of the packages on their own whim(which does not even violate their terms and conditions). They were ready to give the second package.I had sent the names of 4 people who were ready to go for the holiday package.
They not only changed the holiday destination but also asked me to move in couples(and not as friends).
When I asked that there was no such terms and conditions in the voucher form, they told me that the offer stands cancelled.
When I asked to refund the money, they disconnected the call.
It is an extreme case of FRAUD.
Not only I have lost an amount of Rs.1398, I have also lost faith and time.
It is important to teach these fraudulent rascals a lesson.
What is worse is that they are still going on with their network of Frauds.
