[Resolved]  BagItToday — Cheating

Firstly i had booked an order with booking Id:[protected] on 14.10.2010 & today is 10.11.2010 & till date the item is not yet delivered when contacted to the customer care today, was told that still it will take 10-15 working days to deliver the order.
secondly i was contacted by ur call center and assured me of diamonds worth of Rs.50000.00 value or cash Rs.50000.00 as my mobile no. was shortlisted for special Diwali Closing in the afternoon of 04.11.2010, for which i had to make a purchase transaction for generating of Booking ID, i made a transaction worth Rs.7498 with booking Id:[protected] & Rs.899 towards handling & posting charges with booking Id:[protected] in a single call with my Axis bank credit card, at the end of the call i was told that i had got the Diamonds (7 to 10 Pc. with a total 10 Cent Wt.) & not the Cash (not declaring the Value of Diamond) & will be Shipped shortly. But on the other call from u, i recognized that i had been cheated by u, the call declared that i'll be getting diamonds worth Rs.5000.00 (7 to 10 Pc. with a total 10 Cent Wt.) only & not worth Rs.50000.00
When i called up to your Customer care for cancellation of the orders & requested for the refund,i was informed that the order is still with the Punching Department & refund will be processed in another 20-25 working days.
Why so much time is required for cancellation & refund when every thing is online? this is a way just to cheat the people in one way or the other.
either u will be give us the products (that too after almost more then a month after booking) or else our Cash will be used up by u for again more then a month before refunding.
I want my refund to be released immediately as i want to cancel my Bookings (booking Id:[protected] & booking Id:[protected] & i don't think that there would be any problem from ur side since the order is in the punching department itself.

The bag it today group is a total fraud company my issue is not yet resolved.
even the customer care no.[protected] does not takes the call immediately, i had called this number a lot of times & every time they do not connect with the customer care executive before 10-15mins. of keeping the line on hold( ask to wait)...
this is a paid customer care no. & every time when you call you have to loose a lot of money on calling this no. since once connected ur total call duration is not less then Rs.15.00
i had called them for my complaint mentioned above for at least 10+ times & hence till now i have spent Rs.150 (Approx.) or may be more on calling on this No.[protected]
the attitude of the customer care executives says that they r helpless, every time we call they give us a new dead line for dispatching our products.
this company should be blacklisted in the indian market.
this is giving a bad name & reputation to the online traders.
i do online shopping with ebay/amazon/futurebazaar/profitshopping...sites but all r very satisfactory both in terms of delivery of product within stipulated time or refund (what ever the case may be), even when calling to there Customer care they provide a toll free no, so no charge is to be beared & the calls are also attended very fast giving a perfect solution.

is-se badi fraud online shopping site maine aaj tak nahi dekhi, it just utilises ur hard earned money ...

right now i have called Customer care of Bag it today[protected] Twice today on 22.11.2010
first time they kept me on hold for 11mins&37sec & then they diconnected me from there side without even connecting to the executive.
i called them for the second time, this time they kept my call on hold (on waiting for getting connected to c.c. executive) for another 20min.& 10 seconds, this time i disconnected the call.
this is how the story of bag it today goes on & on & on...

i ordered a swatch watch on 31/10/2010 on bagittoday.They told me that they will deliver product within 2-3 three weeks.But i have not received my watch till date. Details of my order are as follows:

i have received the refund.
& i have again booked a holiday package with you after getting the full refund.
but you need to push up your follow-p time & also a toll free number is a must, because whenever we call on your customer care no, we have to hold the line for at least 20+mins. & also after getting connected it takes approx.10-15mins. for the quarry/ problem to be detailed/solved, causing a huge amount wasted just on calls, as in my case itself i had spent more then Rs.200.00 on calling you.

i ordered a Reebok shoes on 13/02/2012 on bagittoday.They told me that they will deliver product within 7 to 8 days.But i have not received my shoes till date. Details of my order are as follow

sir, telling about the order number 33153382 from bagittoday.
they told me that u won a lucky draw for which u have to pay 13499 which consists of three diamonds of rs 30, 000.
after paying the amount u will also win an assured gift consist of led, lcd, cameras etc in which I won panasonic lumix camera also they told me that the resale value of the diamonds are 30000 but the resale value of the diamonds are not more than 1000rs.
they are totally fraud.
I have voice recording also and the sales person was ANKIT.
now he is not attending the call also.
please resolve this problem.
