[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Car Insurance — bad service and response | |||
I had taken a policy from BAJAJ ALLIANCE CAR INSURANce , the front Glass was broken in an accident, The company has not yet processed it after 5days and are very rude and non cooperative. Mr praveen Kumar the surveyor kept my old father running around him, Earlier he said the the cheque would be given to him directly and then when my father insisted that the money should be paid directly to workshop, he said that the claim is manipulated and said thet the workshop is not good. his attitude has been really bad, Why should we manipulate after 5 years of no claim and that to for a front glass. ridiculous .i will tell all my friends not to take anything from Bajaj allianze insurance. i will aslo go to consumer forum , Was this information helpful? | |||
