[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz General Insurance — Car Insurance | |||
Hi, I received call from Bajaj to renew my car policy and make the payment over the phone by Credit Card with following terms. 1) SCAN copy of policy will send to me with in 1 hour also, all I was told that all calls are recorded and all information is correct. 2) Hard copy of Policy with term in condition will send to me within 7 days. Therefore, I was ready to make the payment which was success with Receipt Number:[protected] Dates:[protected] and customer Number: 39083747. However, it’s been more than 24 hours and I’ve not received the Insurance Policy. My Car Insurance has been expired. Please help ! Was this information helpful? | |||
