Bajaj Allianz — Not received the Policy Documents even after 1.6 Years after the fund start.

Hi,

I have opened the Bajaj Alianz ULIP Policy: [protected] in tieup with CITIBANK.
I have not received the Initial Policy document yet even after 1.6 Years. I had complained 3 times till now. but problem is not solved.
I think Bajaj allianz has some hidden agenda to cheat its customers.
Can some one please tell me how can I withdraw my policy at this time ?
