[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz — Insurance Policy Fraud

Our First Policy from Bajaj Alliance (Policy No:-[protected]) which was Commenced on 28/03/2008 was done by the agent name Changan Lal (FC/IC Code [protected]) , along with his S.T.M. Mr. V.S. Jassi (S.T.M. Code [protected]). with an annual premium of Rs. 25000.

After an year of commencement of the policy, 6 days before due date (22/03/2009) we paid an amount of Rs. 25000 with a cheque No.004975 as a premium for the first policy .But After a few days we got another New policy from Bajaj alliance of Rs.25000 .

The agent said the the "First Policy was just for one year" , We are issuing you the second.

The details of the Second Policy which was provided to us are

Second Policy No:- [protected], Date of Commencement :- 28/03/2009 done by the agent name Changan Lal (FSC/IC Code[protected] ) , along with his S.T.M. Mr. C.S.Yadav (S.T.M. Code [protected]). with an annual premium of Rs. 25000.



After a few days we got back Rs. 7383 from Bajaj Alliance for the First Policy via cheque no 375160 stating that due to Nonpayment of Regular Premium the policy has been terminated.

We now even don’t know the status of Second policy, we are afraid again the same thing will happen with the policy as of the first one & no one from an agent to S.T.M answers a phone call.

I am very much tensed with all these fraud & want back my money from the company

Please take necessary action against them and get all our money back.

I got a policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance agent in August 2010 for a monthly premium of Rs 1500.
He never sent me any receipts or insurance documents.
I had to call up their office multiple times to get the receipts.
I wasn't happy with their service so I applied for cancellation of the policy and I had paid Rs.15000 in premium till June 2011. Those people just refunded me with Rs. 8500.
When I called them up with this issue they were like we cant help you, these are company policies.
I was like why din't you send me terms and conditions with my insurance agreement.
They never contacted me back. Such cheaters, please dont do any business with these Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance people.
