[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Student Elite Policy — not giving claim while all requirement have been fulfilled | |
my policy no. OG[protected]-00000029/35 and the product was student elite silver geographical coverage and i went to saint lucia for studying were i met with a major accident and got operated with two surgical operation and it bill out 33, 000 carrabean dollar and i my university inform bajaj allianz and got i-track no i.e. claim no.-3293533 and after caming in india i file my case of claim with all necesarry documents i.e. medical bills, doctor report, medical prescription, x-ray reports, medical report, police report, etc and they give us time of 15 days to pay us our claim and after one months they make a phone call and said that ur claim has been approved and u will get ur check next week and two days later they again col up and that they need paid medical receipt which was not avaible to us from hospital and how we make arrangement of receipt from the hospital had give to bajaj allianz and now they are saying send ur matter through e-mail and we will reply and i m waiting for reply for than one month if they can't give claims then why did they main policies and making people fool kindly reply me what should i do to get my claim should i take help of media or should i file a case against company in consumer court kindly, reply me Was this information helpful? | |
