[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — NON RECEIPT OF ORIGINAL RC BOOK | |
I have purchsed a Bajaj Ct-100 Delux model in Feb 2006 on 33 monthly EMIs from Prakash auto Ulhasnagar - 3, which were regularly completed in Nov 2008, even after speaking to the officials they are not giving my original Registration Book and my Blank cheques, which they have taken during purchase of vehicle saying that one of my cheque was bounce (actually no such entry exists in my pass book) and now they are asking to pay me fine of Rs 100/- and Insurance amount of Rs.600-700 without issuing me a policy for the period Feb-2007 to Jan-2008, which is their mistake for not depositing my cheque for insurance during the above mentioned period. Used car loan — Non receipt of Insurance
Dear Sir,I have availed used car loan Rs.2, 40, 000/- under account no.14718336 during April 2009. In this connection a sum of Rs.5393/- has been debited to my HDFC Account No.[protected] vide cheque no.01532 towards bajaj insurance. One of your executived called over phone and told about the insurance for second hand car. He has told that this insurance is must for second hand car( already comprahensive insurance is there in National Insurance company ). I have accepted the offer. Till date i have not received any receipt or insurance policy. I have called so many times the executive who has processed my loan application. Till date no proper reply.
Please do the needful.

Bajaj Scooter — not receipt of booked scooter
Parcel way bill[protected]Booked Bajaj Scooter from Tirunelveli on 10.02.09 to Bhopal by Tirukkural Express 2641.
On 13.02.09 the train was received on platform No.3, instead of No.2, and hence the door of the luggage van could not be opened at all. The Guard guided me to lodge complaint, and train left Bhopal without unloading the scooter and other parcels too.
