I PURCHASED ONE HOME P.C. FINANCE BY BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD.,IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMEBR 2007. MY CONSUMER LOAN A/C NO. WAS[protected] OF JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) I PAID ALL E.M.I. EXCEPT 4 E.M.I. WHICH WAS SETTLED IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2010 THROUGH THE AGENT OF BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD.,IN RS. 3000.00 AND I PAID MY FULL & FINAL E.M.I. OF RS. 3000.00 AND RECEIVED N.O.C. FROM THE COMPANY AFTER THAT IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2010 ONE E.M.I HIT MY SAVING BANK ACCOUNT AND WAS PASSED WHEN I REQUEST JAIPUR OFFICE THEY REFUNDED ME THE AMOUNT.WHEN I ASK JAIPUR OFFICE WHY IT IS HAPPENING THEY SUGGEST ME THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO STOP E.M.I. BEACUSE IT IS PROCESSED FROM PUNE ITSELF. YOU CAN ASK YOUR BANK TO STOP E.M.I. OR KEEP MINIMUM BALANCE IN YOUR ACCOUNT ( BOTH ARE NOT POSSIBLE ) AGAIN THE SAME HAPPEN IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2010 WHEN I AGAIN REQUEST THEM FOR THE SAME THEY REPLIED COME IN THE MONTH OF APRIL AFTER 20. I had purchased a Bajaj XCD Bike on 27th April, 2008 vide BAFL from Bagga Link, Karol Bagh.My loan proposal no .was 190984 .
The loan has been paid in full long back as per the PDC's handed.
The NOC {loan repayment certificate} is needed urgently.
The Phone No.[protected] of Nariana, Delhi always busy or not pickup by anybody.
The NOC { loan repayment letter/certificate } can be mailed on my
mail id : [protected]@rediffmail.com or umesh.[protected]@ocs-india.com
Matter urgent please.

Bajaj Auto Finance — asking NOC
How can I make copmlaints against Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd.?I have got finance my bike. I have paid all EMIs. When I asked them NOC. They told me that they also had insured my bike without informing me so I have to pay Insurance premium also. Even I already renewed Insurence from United India Insurence. Why should I take dual Insurence. At last I paid Insurance premium. They told me to come after a month for NOC. I went there after a month to ask NOC but they still not giving me NOC now they said "My bank has not send him confirmation "I fed up off running to Bajaj. I send emails to bajaj but they din't give response. What should I do. Please help me.
