[Resolved] Bajaj Auto Ltd — Poor Performance of bike | |||
Dear Sir /mam My name is Sunil Fogat . I purchased my Discoverin NOV.-2009. I faced some critical problems from last two months My problems are as under 1. All chasis Frame paint is peel off from the body due to this bike metal parts are slowly coming in Rust condition. 2. Mileage of bike is very low 3. chain of bike is doing very huming Noise. 1st complaint these problems to bajaj customer call center on 20.09.2010 comp. no. 52990. 2nd complaint on 12/11/2010 comp. no 57906 3rd complaint on 12/11/2010 comp no. Bajaj Auto — Faulty Bike
I bought Avenger 200 cc bike in March 2011 from a dealer in Hyderabad. Right from the start, I am facing issues with the bike. It skids a lot and many of my friends who rode also faced this problem. My friend got his hand and leg fractured few days back and myself nearly met fatal accident yesterday. Like me, every one says the bike has balancing and tyre issues. I want Bajaj Auto to recall this bike and provide me with alternate bike from Bajaj.You can contact me[protected]

I PURCHASE A NEW PULSAR 220F ON 31.07.2011 (DL 6S AJ 4131) DRIPPING PETROL FROM ENGINE SIDE TO GROUND. PETROL TANK, ENGINE AND SILENCER/EXHAUST HEATED ABNORMALLY. RISK TO BURN CHILDREN, SHOES ETC. CAN BE CAUSED FIRE. BAGGA'S ENGINEERS/MECHANICS ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE MOTORBIKE IS 31.07.2011 INSTEAD OF 27.07.2011. KINDLY RECTIFY THE SAME.

Bajaj Auto Ltd — Stop Payment on refund amount from Reliance Power
My wife had applied for Relaince Power shares through its IPO and received refund amount of Rs. 18995.We deposited this cheque in our bank (Axis Bank, Pune) butl axis bank received a stop payment from reliance power.
We have no idea why stop payment was issued. The validity for the cheque was 30th April and we received the cheque back from Axis bank on 30th evening. When we approached axis bank they mentioned that Reliance power issued them stop payment .
I would like to know from relaince power why are they not returning the money that belongs to us.
