[Resolved]  Bajaj — Worst customerservice bajaj

Hi this is M.sathish.I bought a bajaj discover last year and i have given PDC for the for the insurance and bike due.My insurance as been expried on 10.4.2008.
I expected an intimation from bajaj finance as theyt told while i bought the bike it doesnt happened, i went to KLN for remainding about my insurance .i meet MR.Sridharan (representative on behalf of bajaj finance) over there i never got an proper responce from him.He ask me to give my bike details I had given.he ask me to remaind him about my insurance . As he ordered i followed for two days i calledis mobile four times went there two times .
At last i went againg to know about the status. he cooly telling that he cant do anything on this and asking me to follow the things .
he would have said this things before two days so that i can do this things myselfbut its too late who is responsable for the bike if it is louted or meet with an accident.i cant take my bike without the legal papers.I am expecting an proper feedback and the steps i should follow.

Bajaj — no faults in my bike are rectified

respected sir,
i gave my bike for some repair works at kvr vehicles , thalassery . job card number is 04030925, dated on 09/02/2011.. earlera i had problems regarding jerk in handle while riding, disk brake are in contact while riding,oil leak, and problems with rear suspension.. i left my bike for 2 days in service station to compleate the works as the service advisors told.. i was charged 1009 rs and hand overed my byke with oil leaking more and no changes in other complaints..
sir, if my complaints are not rectified,then what does that bill mean????...

Bajaj — manhandling

As i have bought a Bajaj discover bike 2009 march provided by the loan with bajaj finance and for the past two years i have paid all the EMI without any dues.. Last month i have received a notice from bajaj finance that i havent paid an EMI. So for clarification i went to bajaj finance office which is situated in vellore.The customer executives didnt respond me well and used bad vulgure words towards me and manhandled me by beating me on my face and shoulder.. please look into this and take necessary actions......

Bajaj — tyre problem

Hi,

This is bring to your notice that I have few issue with regard to by bike (Pulsar-150)
It has undergone two services already, but still I am getting below issues which are not resolved by service provider also.

Issues:
Problem with the Rear Tyre (need to check with euro grip, but not finding the exact location)
Engine Noise

Let me know the next escalation matrix to senior management.

my pulsar 220 has a autochok problem its rear disc brake make noise and its racker has been broken which is in guarantee my brother wants to buy pulsar 220 but i gave advise to buy zmr hero honda i am very dissapointed with bajaj i buy it from rc bareilly u.p civil lines bajaj does not give satisfaction to the customer plz help me to claim agaist bajaj.

Sub : 1. Schedule for EMI
2. Complaint about your TRICHY Branch Staff for their mis-behaviour when I went to your office today to enquire the EMI date and EMI amount for the said account

As mentioned in subject I write this email for two purpose

1. I would like to know the schedule of the said application mentioned above to honor the same promptly

2. I really felt shame on seeing your Trichy Branch Staff Mr. Krishnakumar, Mr. Sakthivel, who totally mis behaved with me today and being Bajaj Finance a big corporate I felt it is advisable on my part to bring the same to your notice. I detail below all the events that happened in your Trichy Branch

Today by around 4 pm I went to your office to take the EMI date and EMI amount for the above said account/Application

In fact some one sitting in front seat referred me to Mr. Krishnakumar ( staff of Bajaj) and I asked him about the schedule of the said account. For this the said staff told that he cannot provide any schedule and can only write up in a piece of paper. I said ok . Same time that gentle man asked me the executive name who provided me the load, I replied to him saying I don’t know. For this the said Krishnakumar started asking me without knowing executive name, how you took the loan in a arrogant way. For this I told I don’t keep remember the executive names as it is unnecessary for me to know the name of the executive. Secondly again krishnakumar asked without knowing the EMI and EMI amount why I took the load. I told see it your duty to inform me the EMI amount and EMI date and for which I visited your office and it is not your duty to behave strange with the customer. FOr this Krishnakumar started using bad languages and said to get out of the office.

Immediately I went to the dealer who offered me the AC and told him to find and give me the EMI amount and EMI date. Then he referred me to Mr. sakthivel and who claimed himself as Branch Manager for Bajaj Finance Trichy Branch. I went there and sat before him and asked for the EMI amount and EMI date for the appliation of my loan. FOr this instead of telling me the EMI amount and EMI date sakthivel started asking me the same questions what krishnakumar asked. I told ok if you cannot give I will make a complaint to your head office. For this Sakthivel smiled and said if you complaint will I loose my job? never you can complaint to any one. For this I told ok I will complain to your head office and for this sakthivel started murmuring bad languages on me stood up from the seat and came near me in a fashion of beating me. I told if you beat me, I will inform police and immediately he made his step backwards and then most of the staffs in your office started doing ghero by shouting abusive languages and asked me to get out of the office. I felt Mr. Sakthivel was in drunken shape during that time and I could smell liquor on him

SO I returned back and now I really surprised Bajaj finance a reputed group has this sort of office at TRichy. For a customer who wants to honour his dues properly when went to your office met the above and really I am surprised on this. I feel bajaj finance will respect customers and take necessary steps to keep its pride

Look forward for your reply and same time any enquiry if you are organizing, I am prepared to come and show the persons who came to assault me and made abusive langauges on me.

Bajaj — The company has not provided services to me as my iron was under 2 years Guarantee

Sir,
I have made a complaint (Complaint No. 171562) dt. 16.05.2011, as my Iron (Bajaj Majesty MX 9 Steam Iron) (my iron was under 2 years Guarantee) was not working properly & i followed up my complaint since than & from their side no body turned up. In this connection from their toll free no. i got a no.[protected] & calling on that they gave me a no. of Mr. Deepak Tyagi ([protected]) & Mr. Sanjeev ([protected] & [protected]) & i spoke to Mr. Tyagi who promised to solve the problem in 2-3 days (called by 23503716/[protected] time but never turned up again & after than when i called him his phone was switched off & after that when its on he has not lifted the phone & when i called on their land line no. he gave the phone to Mr. Raj who promised to solve the problem on Friday (27.05.2011) but on calling him today he was absent (His phone was also switched off)and today the phone has been lifted by Mr. Kapil Sharma & he has given me a new no. of Mr. Jha ([protected]) & told me to call him but he has not lifted the phone after my 5-6 trial out which the phone was busy 3 times & fully rang up 3 times.

Dear Sir, Each & every time i was the only person who is making call but these all people forced me to make this complaint as if they can't give proper service then there is no meaning of opening a service department where all people are just passing time and making falls promises & fooling the consumer & wasting their time.

Please accept the complaint & take stringent action against them & reimburse my money in this kind of waste product.

I got my Bajaj Pulsar 150cc in chennai, velachery from kiviraj motors in the month of November 2010.

Now my bike is in the worst status than any other bike in the world, just because of the worst FREE service offered by the dealer / company side. I have completed my all 3 services but end of the day the bikes conditions is getting worse and worst.

I got so many problems with this new bike... my bike rear tyre got punchered twice riding in decent roads and met with accident twice because of the worst tyre grip "EUROGRIP".

What kind of company is this "EUROGRIP", does it produce second quality tyre in market. why has bajaj opted for this company to spoil there Brand Image.

Now the other problem with the bike is

1. Front tyre: The mechanic in dealer service centre has accepted that tyre has Manufacturing defect but dening to repalce it. Please tell me why should I risk my life for Manufacturing defect.
2. Engine: My engine is sounding like riding a bullet. I am no were able to feel that I am riding a Plusar 150 cc. This mechanic's has spoiled it totally by not replacing the engine Oil. But they have charged for all three times.

Before 10 days i faced with accident ,my bike was half damaged,then i have to repair it in linkroad bajaj showroom ,but still now they haven"t done any single work.i am working as medical rep. without bike i can't do anything. please give me solution.

Bajaj — Bike not Picking UP

i have a pulsar 180 ug 4 about 6 months old...
My bike wasn;t picking up as supposed to and the top speed is not going more than 60km/hr
i went to Kivraj service centre in banaswadi,bangalore and got the clutch assembly changed by them...but then even after that the pick up is not proper..and i went back to them and they are not giving me a proper reply..
i spent 2100rs totally on getting the repairs done ..but in vain..
the problem still exists

Bajaj — top speed

I have bajaj discover 125 cc, i bought that bike at 06/11, in that starting days it has gave 100 km as top speed after the 1 st service it has starting to give only 60 km, 3 services has finished still top speed is 60 km. in the service center i gave complaint but they don't..........

i am so disappointment with Bajaj........................

kindly make any favor to me, i want to fly with my bike ....................

I HAVE PURCHASED A BIKE BAJAJ PULSAR 180CC THROUGH BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD. BUT EVEN AFTER PAYING ALL THE DUES N.O.C. FOR THE SAME NOT ISSUED BY BAFL BECAUSE THEY CHARGED UPON ME AN UNWANTED AMOUNT OF Rs.1150 AS CHEQUE BOUNCE CHARGE EVEN I WILL PAY THE SAME IN AUG,2011 BUT THEY DONT WANT TO ACCEPT THAT ..SO PLEASE HELP ME TO ISSUEING MY N.O.C.
i have 3 year old discover 135 brought from jai autos Chennai, last month on 25 th oct i have left my bike in vishaka bajaj because of my bike with starting trouble, they haven't informed about the status of my bike, after 5 days i went and asked for the status, they said the starting trouble remains and we have to check, on 5 th nov i went to the service center they said there was a fork bend and we have to charge and do fork bend, yesterday on 6 th nov i went and asked they said both the fork was damaged we have to change the rod in the front fork and they committed it will be rectified today that is 7 th of nov, today nobody called till now i called them and asked for the status they said spares was not yet delivered we will be issuing the bike only on friday that is 9 th of nov, there is no serious care taken for the bike nor the customer with them, i wasted my time for 10-12 days running behind them and asking for the status of my bike, if i ask for the status they are saying another part to be replaced and making me to wait, i belong to a middle class i depend on vehicle as iam in marketing field, this was a horrible experience of mine, i do handled customers and i know the way how hard to convince the customers, today i fed up and requesting whomsoever concerned to please focus on the service feedbacks from south tamilnadu as we are facing lot of issues even though we are passionate about bajaj bikes in theses situations we are forced to hate the concern and the products,
job card no 74957 from vishaka bajaj saligramam till now i havent recieved my bike or call from vishaka bajaj regarding the status of my bike,

Bajaj — engine problems

i have buy a pulsar 180 in nov2011 and it is having a manufacture fault and the delar is not solving my problem i have given my bike for solving the problem but action is taken against this the return the bike as it as i want that my problem is solved or my bike is replaced please help me

Bajaj — broken clutch wire

i have brought my new bajaj pulsar 150cc in 2012 aug and yesterday all of sudden clutch wire is semi broken.. i dont understand is this the lifetime of the clutch wire or did they provided us less quality clutch wire, what kind of action against them.

In my bike there is some radiator oil is boiling problem.I had taken my bike to the bajaj service center they take 1 month for service my bike the bill amoun was 6000 but they didn't rectifie my problem plz take action for my bike.
First of all you must be shamed to take delivery from Vishakha Bajaj Vadapalani.. They are the worst people in the world. zero customer care. zero support. WHen i took delivery of my vehicle the front dome had scratch and they said they are not responsible as it may have happened when registering bike. I got fedup and took vehicle. The 2nd week bike was dead. WHen called them they asked to bring vehicle to service center. ok i too it with help of friends. Bike was lying in service center for 1 month and then on repeated calls they said it was due to battery and now replaced. I met with one accident and front and side area got scratched. I was shocked to find the bike is actually red color but repainted in black. Then i fought with them after almost 7 months i was refunded 70% of the vehicle cost. I have purchased washing machine and fridge from Bajaj finance . since I bought these items I am facing problem while paying the EMI for the same.
when I draft a mail complaining the same expecting a solution from them, they gave me all the rubbish explanation. I clearly mentioned in the that request you to provide me a online payment gateway where I can pay the EMI but I didn't receive any revert from the team. so when I call up at customer care they said madam apko to Axis bank jakar hi payment karna padega agar aap ke pass time nahi hai to apka EMI due hone tak wait kijiye uske baad har loan ke upar aapko 350Rs . Extra pay karne padege as a late fee..

What nonsense is this .. if there is an issue with ECS mandate its a responsibility of BAJAJ FINANCE that they should arrange the alternate option for the same..

hi i have to pay my payment by midnight otherwise i have to pay cheque bounce charges of 500/- from afternoon i called on your helpline but not a single time it got connected and no one there to helps us...
