[Resolved]  Bajaj — Worst customerservice bajaj

Hi this is M.sathish.I bought a bajaj discover last year and i have given PDC for the for the insurance and bike due.My insurance as been expried on 10.4.2008.
I expected an intimation from bajaj finance as theyt told while i bought the bike it doesnt happened, i went to KLN for remainding about my insurance .i meet MR.Sridharan (representative on behalf of bajaj finance) over there i never got an proper responce from him.He ask me to give my bike details I had given.he ask me to remaind him about my insurance . As he ordered i followed for two days i calledis mobile four times went there two times .
At last i went againg to know about the status. he cooly telling that he cant do anything on this and asking me to follow the things .
he would have said this things before two days so that i can do this things myselfbut its too late who is responsable for the bike if it is louted or meet with an accident.i cant take my bike without the legal papers.I am expecting an proper feedback and the steps i should follow.

I purchased Bajaj pulsar in the year 2007 part of loan amount. At the time of purchase the officials from bajaj are forced me to get the 2 CHEQUES for SUBSEQUENT two years insurance. After the end of the first year the insurance will not be Renewal. In the mean while time my bike was theft. I complaint to police station and got a FIR . I asked about this problems to bajaj finance they are not responding at all. Till date im paying my due for my loss vehicle. The insurance cheque also not return back. every day im meeting the bajaj officials there is no proper response ...my bike also lost, due also im paying. Very worst service...

i've bought a new bajaj discover dtsi-135 on may 2009, with in one year my engine was dead, i've spent rs.4028/- for change the bore... (in augst2009) form that my bike higest milage is 42KMPL, i never expect the milage from bajaj company vechiles ... my kind advice to others pls don't go for bajaj vechiles..., even my friend also bought a new pulsar on the same year that was also having same problem so pls don't go for bajaj ... very very bad vechiles...

Iam owning bajaj discover 135, still from the first free service, iam not satisfied with service done by the dealer. iam getting 40km/l milege only.But your dealer has promised that bajaj bike will give 60km/l on average, & back light fused during the servicing after service when i received my bike then i found my bike's back light is fuse but they told me that during servicing if your any bulb fuse then i have not responsable & they charged me, Due to this, from my 1st service till now, But now iam regreting for that .Please advise a Best dealer in noida/delhi location to proceed further, Currently my three sevice is on due. Till now my service in done by same dealer ( Suman bajaj, Noida Sec-2, )
I am Pradeep Kumar and I had bought a Discover bike from bagga link Karol bagh on 01/10/2009, whose registration No. is DL-6S-AC-8617.After one week the wiring has been burn, Mr dua from mahipalpur workshop said, that is not in warranty so I pay for that Rs 1500, its ok now on 30/01/10, I make service from mahipalpur there is a noisy sound in engine no body listen to me again Mr dua said that its ok I has been check it and it is ok but there is still so loudly sound I am so irritate here another mechanic try it and said that it fine now but sound is still there. What I do sir I am so frested ? I have Pulsar, Bajaj chetk too I bought these with lots of believe on Bajaj

HI THIS IS DINESH! I BOUGHT BAJAJ PULSAR-180 ON 20TH JAN, 2010 AT KLN BAJAJ, ANNANAGAR. AFTER MY FIRST SERVICE, MY WHEEL STARTED WOBBLING WITHIN A WEEK. I GAVE IT BACK TO THEM TO CORRECT IT. THEY TOLD THAT WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE TYRE BY CLAIMING WARRANTY FROM TVS.THEY TOLD THAT WE WILL GET THE BIKE WITHIN TWO OR THREE DAYS.I CALLED THEM ON THE FOURTH DAY, ASKING THEM WHETHER IT'S READY. BUT THEY TOLD THAT THERE IS NO STOCK IN THE TVS & WE WILL GET THE BIKE IN OTHER WEEK.AFTER A WEEK AGAIN I GOT THE SAME ANSWER.AT LAST I GOT MY BIKE AFTER 20 DAYS.BUT STILL WE FOUND THE TYRE WOBBLING.I DON'T KNOW WHAT DID THEY DO WITH MY BIKE ALL THOSE DAYS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AT ALL SATISFACTORY!!! i have my pulsar 200 <it is having a some problem . i told it in service center at ""CROMPET JAI BAJAJ"" they told me to leave the vechile in service center we will rectifie>< I did it NOT ONE TIME CONTINUESLY 4 TIMES . Another worst service centers of BAJAJ, with exhorbitant charages.. and since evrything is internal parts.. there is no way you can very them..

The estimate at the time of giving the bike was 1500. When I went to take the bike.. the amount just doubles... coz they have replaced additional parts which was never requred while taking the bike.

Another thing, in a bill ok 3k, the total labour charges itself is around 1500. so for replacing a part of cost 200 they charge almost 200 rs.

I still have to drive the bike and verify it... but overall charges are exhorbitant.
I HAVE A PLATINA LPG AND I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS BIKE BECAUSE POOR SERVICE AND SERVICE STATION SINCE 2008 THIS TIME MY LPG BIKE RUN ON PETROL BECAUSE SERVICE STATION HAS NO PARTS FOR LPG KITS SO GIVE ME ANS. Bajaj — 2 years fan stopped working just after 2 months

Sir, I had purchased a bajaj table fan with 2 years warranty. However the fan stopped working after just 2 MONTHS of purchase. The keeper of the shop from where I bought the fan says that he cannot give any Guarantee as to when the fan will be repaired. When I asked him to replace the fan then he asked me will the company be responsible for the loss? What do I do

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is Anantha Kumar; I have purchased a “Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc DTS-I” bike on 10th December 2008.

From the starting onwards there is a “MAJOR ABNORMAL NOISE” in my bike engine. But there is not a proper response from any of the authorized dealers. Two months before I spoke with Mr. Stalin(Bajaj engineer-Tamilnadu) and he asked me to give my bike for a service to Kavi Motors(Bajaj service centre, Trichy-Tamilnadu).I gave my bike to that service centre on September 1st, they have changed bore piston, crank shaft and some other parts in warranty, but after that the noise had been increased sevearly, at that instant itself I made a call to Mr. Stalin, he told me that “you take your bike with you I will come their by October 1 week and I will solve all your problems”, so I took delivery of my bike on September 22nd, totally 22 days they had been attended the fault and gave my bike to me without the fault clarification. Now I am calling Mr. Stalin frequently but he is not attending my call, may be he is so busy I don’t know his time schedule.

On coming December 10th warranty for my bike comes to an end. Actually it’s not an ordinary bike for me, it’s a dream bike for me and I had struggled for 3 years to buy this bike. But now I am really feeling very bad for taking this bike. I am requesting you to take an emergency action as soon as possible to help your Bajaj customer.

If suppose “BAJAJ FAILED TO TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST MY BIKE PROBLEM” means then their will be a necessity for me to file a case in consumer court with my entire bike details, including service details. I hope you will never leave your customer in such a situation and expecting a good acknowledgment from you.

I already spend around 6, 000/ rupees to repair my wave scooter in previsous 2 month. Again making problems and I had compliant about my wave scooter through your toll free no, and remainded 3 times. When even I had call your toll free no, their response is your problem we are taking seriously, After I registered this compliant and on toll free no, no one reached to repair the scooter and finally catch a lorry and given to your KVR moters, Calicut to repair this scooter on 4/12/2010. After one month they nothing done, and they informed it is very difficult repair if you are repairing it will cost about 5000 more and informed me better the sell it. Finally the person to whom I had given the scooter (KVR employee) brought my scooter at cost 8000/- rupees.

What response you and your delar in this case, I had purchased this scooter for rs. 38500/- and send around 8000/ rupess last 2 years.

Better you should take other way for making money, This is not the right way.
