[Resolved]  Bajaj — Worst customerservice bajaj

Hi this is M.sathish.I bought a bajaj discover last year and i have given PDC for the for the insurance and bike due.My insurance as been expried on 10.4.2008.
I expected an intimation from bajaj finance as theyt told while i bought the bike it doesnt happened, i went to KLN for remainding about my insurance .i meet MR.Sridharan (representative on behalf of bajaj finance) over there i never got an proper responce from him.He ask me to give my bike details I had given.he ask me to remaind him about my insurance . As he ordered i followed for two days i calledis mobile four times went there two times .
At last i went againg to know about the status. he cooly telling that he cant do anything on this and asking me to follow the things .
he would have said this things before two days so that i can do this things myselfbut its too late who is responsable for the bike if it is louted or meet with an accident.i cant take my bike without the legal papers.I am expecting an proper feedback and the steps i should follow.

Hi,

I had given my bike for 4th free service today. They have charged for the Battery check & filling Distilled water, But when I showed them the coupon" it says that Battery check & Topping up distilled water is part of servicing" so it should not be charged. But they denied & started arguing on me. & the lady sitting on the billing counter started shouting on me as if I am the culprit for giving my bike for service in the Authorized service center.

Sir, I am and advocate. I bought a Bajaj Platina on may 2007. I have paid all the dues. My loan was closed on 10.1.2009. On 3.3.2009. alone i received the Original R.C. book and the key from the salem Branch. But I have not received the No objection letter form the company till date.

When The reason for the delay is questioned the Particular person Namely Boobathy Rajan of the salem Branch was not there to give me the answer No body in the office has not respond and has not given any answer.
More than that I Have paid Rs. 1, 000/- for the 2nd year Insurance along with the due But no insurance has been made for my vehicle.
For any thing no answer is coming from the company side. So There is no other go for me except to go to the consumer court to get my no objection certificate from the finance if the letter has not been send to me within 10 days from the date of the receipt of this complaint.
This is Neeraj, Chennai I too faced a lot of problems with taking a consumer loan to purchase a PC with Bajaj Finance.
Always please take issue with the highest authorities for a grievance addressal, if your efforts failed at the low level.below is contact details of VP Bajaj Finance send your complaints to him.

I have brought one air condishion(AC) trough bajaj fiance my emi amt 1992/ last feb 2009 all emi amt paid before one month but still this time bajaj fiance company not give the NOC letter, our holding cheque, payment statement, many time call to bajaj fiance company they have not give good response they tolled those document come to pune office but this time i have not receved any document from bajaj fiance company chennai bajaj phone no[protected] this number not response any one in bajaj fianace company what a bad service give to by the custmer,

Charging 2.5% on Credit Card Payment
I got my bike serviced at Popular Motors Service, Bannergatta Road, Bangalore. For a simple service they quoted Rs 942. At the time of payment they charged me 2.5% excess as I was paying via Credit Card. They had not informed that this would be the case. When I escalated, the Manager Mr Bliss was extremely rude & unprofessional in his behaviour. I asked for a written note that they are charging me this amount or give me a bill for additional amount. They did not.

staff havin rude behaviours, they dont attend us when we have little problem about bike, like some nut to tight they said ' you have to wait 4-5 hrs, no worker is available' but really workers playing cards inside workshop.

Bajaj — Lost of my bike by bajaj service center

at the date of 6/7/2009 i gave my bike to James bajaj service center for servicing and the next day 7/7/2009 when i went to them to get my bike back they said they lost my bike,
i have the gate pas n all documents of my bike .

am moses a college student..i had a 150 of 2006 model which was second hand..and i sold it and purchased a new pulsar 200..bought it by december 2008..not even 7000 km it has run the bike is performing too worse..inspite of servicing it properly with the dealer where i purchased...suryabala bajaj, trichy road coimbatore...during my third service thet did the service but the free service leaflet is not taken.. 3 days after i called up and asked regarding this...it was told the showroom and service center is closed forever i will have to service it privately because ther is no center near by for my next service...i took the bike all way from ooty to coimbatore.. for service..the bike really sucks after the first service...and gone too worse now...i myself stoped two of my from purchasin 200..instead of which they bought karizma..my 150 was performing much better...

I, G.ANBALAGAN, purchased Bajaj Discover 135 on 19th of August 2007 and I paid all my dues through ECS and cleared off loan on 15th of December 2008. It's Registration No. is TN 10 S 7637 .Everything went well and the Chennai two wheelers loan sanctioning authorities returned the original RC only and asked to come some other day for NOC. I several time contacted and there was no proper response. When the Mumbai people contacted me for providing fresh loan as I have been identified a perfect customer I explained my difficulties in getting the NOC from Chennai Bajaj finance office and they assured me of mailing NOC with in a week. Even though several months have lapsed I did not get it till date. Mr.Padmanabhan, the person who asked me to come some other day giving the phone number, never attended my 100s of phone calls. This has caused me mental strain.

While you sanction the loan you are getting pucca records from the individual. When the loan is repaid in full with out any anomalies you are also expected to return the records with the same perfection to enable the customer to cancel the Higher purchase. Your people are not doing it because of the disinterest evinced by the head office and the lacuna in the system of discharging the duties to satisfy the customer. If this trend continues and I am not getting my NOC and LIFETAX token with in fifteen days I shall prefer a complaint in the consumer forum for the mental and physical torture caused to me by you for no fault of mine.
