[Resolved]  Bajaj Pulsar 135ls — Main Handle Lock of Bike is Very Loose

I have already send the following E-mails to Bajaj service customer care for which no action has been taken so far.
Plz note i have not recived even a single call from the Bajaj company regarding the same for the last 21 days after registation of complaint with call centre.

Hi Bajaj Services

My vehicle is 6 months old(almost new 1420 km run) and it has passed through 2 free services as per company norms.
As per the guarentee card provided to me for my vehicle the Labour charges are free till 3rd service.
Now i am facing a difficulty where the service agent of Spicks sales Prv ltd is not ready to provide free labour charges for my vehicle.
According to him the Main handle lock of the vehicle is very-loose and to adjust the same he require 2-3 hours which is chargable under maintainance cost(Rs100).
Here i want to know why i need to pay Rs.100 for a very-loose vehicle lock where my vehicle is under free labour charges till the 3rd and final free service.

Please resolve the problem before the issue takes a long turn.

Here i am sending you two attachments.
1.) IMG.jpg --An image of Receipt of Rs.33 (Spicks sales)showing a Battery Recharge of New Bike .

2.)11Nov.2010-Pulsar135--A video clip taken fron my mobile which shows that i have tryed to start the Bike with seft start Swich and the race goes on increasing and decresing.In the end the engine get stopped.
I am facing this problem daily.
Please refer my complaint to the concerned authority if you are not able to handle this.
Please note that i am not getting any reply from your side since the starting of writting this e-mail to you people.

I have recived SMS from AM-Bajaj that the action taken resolved for CR no.56931.
Here i want to clear that no satisfactory resolution provided so far to me .

You claimed to resolve the issue by sending me SMS on (my cell No. [protected]) without even contacting me on or taking feedback.

You have resolved the problem in your records but practically the problem still exists.
Please have a conversation in this regard and resolve the issue .

As per Complaint No. CR-56931registered with you , i have not recived any communication from your side so far.

Date of Purchase: 16th April2010
Place of Purchase: Bagga Link,Pitampura,Delhi.
1st Service Date:5th June 2010 (from Spick Sales ,Mangolpur Kalan service centre)
2nd Service Date:3rd Sep 2010(from Spick Sales ,Mangolpur Kalan service centre)




It's only after 2nd service that the self start of my vehicle is creating problem in Morning time.
The vehicle is not getting started at once and it take 3-4 self swich press on regular basis.
Moreover it's speedometer shows continues increase in acceleration when trying to start and the engine than swiched off automatically.




My service centre(Spick Sales ,Mangolpur Kalan service centre)
is not able to resolve this problem.I have already shown this issue to them on 7thSep,15th Sep,9th Oct,28th Oct,30th Oct 2010 for which i did'nt get a favourable responce.
According to them Pulsar 135 LS is an autochoke vehicle for which they have limited Training and problem cannot be rectified at their end.
I therefore like to draw your attention in this matter as i am regularly facing difficulty in self start issue in the morning time with this vehicle of your brand.
Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

I WILL NEVER RE PURCHASE BAJAJ BIKE IN MY LIFE.

I hv purchased Pulsar 135LS in April2010 from Delhi Bagga Link(Bike Registration No. DL8S AU 5293 in the name of Vineet Bhatia)
After first service was done it created a starting problem.
I applied 25-30 kicks every morning to start the bike (Note Self also created a problem with a sudden increase in accelerator)

On 3rd Dec 3rd sevice done but the problem is now worst.
The bike is now taking 30-35 kicks to start.

WORST BIKE EVER MADE BY BAJAJ.
O SUJJEST EVERYONE NOT TO PURCHASE BAJAJ 135ls BIKE BECAUSE IT HAS LOT OF PROBLEMS WHICH HAS NO SOLUTION .
