I purchased a Bajaj XCD 125 on finance from BAFL. My 2W loan Agreement No is[protected]. I have made full and final payment after receiving the letter attached below. I have not yet received my NOC. When will I get the NOC.

Further to the discussions you had with us by whom you have offered to make payment for the sum of Rs. 2250/- towards full and final settlement of your 2W loan Agreement No[protected].

Amount of Rs 2250/-to be paid towards full & final payment of entire amount payable to us under the said agreement is ONE SHOT as mentioned below:

Also note that on your failure to make the aforesaid payments on any event, this consent term shall become null and void and no further settlement talk shall ever be entertained by us and we shall be, without prejudice to our other rights available to us under the said Agreement No.[protected]T/W OR 3W Loan), constrained to proceed with the appropriate legal action against you at your risks as to the costs and consequences. All jurisdictions are Subject to EMI Arrear. Valid to 30th Aug’12.NOC will be processed in 16-21 days of cash updation.

These consent terms shall be enforced only on you’re making the aforesaid payments on receipt of this letter and furnishing to us an acknowledged copy of this writing, duly counter singed by you as a token of acceptance.
