[Resolved]  Barclay Credit Card — mentallaly harrasment

Dear Sir

I recevied barclay card in oct 07 i used it for 48800 rs in oct 07 but i not recived statement in time for payment the cce call regarding for paymentn i told i m not recevied the statement& dont know how i made a payment of card ( no branch in delhi ) after the speaking with CCE the next day i made a full payment to the executive come with me, they assured u dont charge the late fee, but the payment is released i got my 1st statement where the bank offical charge me the late fees & interest on entire amount.i talked with CCE they assured me the charges has revered but from nov 07 every statement adds some amount late fee, finance charge etc .That amount till date is approx 4900 rs which is i m not used.the recovrey agency also call me regarding for this payment their langauges are so abuse, The barclays card give me only mentally harrasment otherwise nothing...

I have been asking since last 5 months for my statement but your telecallers always misbehave with me also i have told clear that iam ready to clear all my dues but want the statement but till date didinot get it also i shall not give any penalty nor any interest as you bank is not interested to clear the dues

Barclays Credit Card — Credit card not deleivered

I have applied for the Barclays Credit card in the first week of August in year 2008.And they promised us that the card will be deleivered to us within 15 days of submitting all my required documents but it has been more than 1 month now and I have not received my credit card an neither am i informed whether it is cancelled or will ever come or not.they also are having all my documents which are quite confidential and are not supposed to be disclosed cause they are too personnel even they are not returned.kindly help me out in this problem.

Barclay Credit Card — Barclay priority Cycle

I have applied this barclay card through yatra website.One fine day, i received a call for a Barclay Priority cycle and they offered so many discount program and a free traveller bag and club vacation.Even i was planning to take my parents for a vacation.I have joined this proirity cycle program and paid Rs.5800 as a joining fee on August, 2008.They said in 5 working days i wil receive the welcome kit and the traveller bag.but i waited for 20 days..nothing as happened.Then i contacted the barclays customer care, they gave me a number and asked me to contact priority cycle(why within a bank they have a diff. org.).Is the customer care is a single point of contact?The answer is a BIG NO here.I have contacted them..believe me i have never waited in my life soo long to spoke to customer care executive..i waited for close to one hour, finally a lady addressed the call.she said it as been already dispatched and it would reach me by tomorrow or a day after.But i hope they have sent the welcome kit to Jupiter or pluto.It has been 3 weeks after i made a call, it has not reached me.I gave a attemt thrice to reach them..but got frustrated ttwice and cut the call after waited for half an hour with no respose from other end.Finally, when i spoked today(sep, 11th).It is the same story this time..they have dispatched the welcome kit and traveller bag would reach me in 3-5 working days.Dont know how long it will take??This time i hope they would have sent to my home address.
Now, i have to verify the club vacation offer...dont know how long wil i get the response from them.

Barclay Credit Card — Harashment call from Barclay Credit Card

I am software engineer. Working in pvt. co. Before more then year i have applied for Barclay Credit card. But it was bad luck or what, My card was approved and they send sms will recive card with in seven days, But till Date i have not recived card. I called thousand of time to their customer care center for not recived card. But i have recived frequently(7, 8 times in day) call & Bill & (7, 8 times in day)SMS for payment of not recived card. I have send mail to them also they reply with in 30 days 45 days investigation will solve but nothing can change.

I home this site will do something for me. I don't want to change my mobile. I get harshment from them. What i do i don't know? Please help me..I get frustrated...

Barclay Credit Card — Miscommitment & misguidance, poor service & unconditional interest & late ayment charges

i own barclay credit card. in feb priority circle oofer was offered made to me. i made the payment. but when docs came, i contacted priority circle & made request to cancel this. but they refused. while thier executive on confirmation call clearly told me that this can be reverse if i would not like this.then i contacted barclay credit card div. but in 6 months time they didnt respond. i called them 100 times on every alternate day. 56000 rs was charged against priority offer . so i didnt made the payment of barclay credit card bcos i requestd them to help me to reverse this priority offer charges 1st. but due to this 5500 rs also chaged in my account for late payment & interest . from the last 3 months i was getting irritating msg & calls from them. then customer care executive told me that to make the payment . after this alll late payment & interest charges would be reverse. but it didnt happened. main problem was that they ddnt told me that this cant be reverse on 1st time when i called them. after 4-5 moth they told me that this cant be done.so atlast i made the payment of 5500(intst+late payment)

it takes 30 mins to reach barclay customer care & evey call was near about of 30 mins. they are working like anyting. they should not be in banking or financial sector .

i request people not to take adopt barclay cridit card ever in life

I am also facing the same problem. They are compelling us to pay the amount by hook or crook to trap into priority circle membership. I am continuously mailing to them to customer care and head grievances. But they are saying that they cannot reverse the membership deduction. This month, they have increased the outstanding from Rs.5613 to Rs.7000 and odd putting some interest and all. Daily i am getting lot of nuisance interms of smses and phone calls from Mumbai, Chennai and Gurgaon. Let us do something to stop this kind of activities by the likes of Barclays.

Barclay Credit Card — BILL NOT RECIEVED AND THEY ARE NOT READY TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

I have beeen using Barclay credit card since Feburary 2008, and till now i have not recieved my statement till now...And from the last 45days i have not paid my outstanding amount as i wanted to know why am i paying the amount but even on request the customer care people are unable to send the statement on request and the collection people are continously calling me...MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS [protected].

Please kindly help me out in solving the issue.

i had applied for a barclays credit card and they told that within 10 days i would receive my card .. nothing seems to be happening, moreover im not able to reach the customer care number . what a pathetic service,

Barclay Credit Card — HARRASSMENT OF PREVIOUS LANDLORD

I M NITIN AVASTHI.I M USING CREDIT CARD OF BARCLAY.
MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS [protected] WHICH ISSUED BY BARCLAY COMPANY LAST YEAR.
I M PAYING MY MINIMUM DUE AMOUNT REGULARLY.

BUT THE COMPANY EMPLOYEE IS HARRASSING MY PREVIOUS LANDLORD REGULARLY.THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE CONTINUE TO HARRASS YOU UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CALL NITIN ON PHONE.HOW I WILL TALK TO THEM WHEN I M NOT LIVING AT THAT PLACE RIGHT NOW.I HAVE GIVEN MY MOBILE NUMBER WHICH IS [protected].BUT THEY DOESN'T CALL ON MY NUMBER.THEY ARE CALLING ON MY PREVIOUS LANLORD NUMBER REGULARLY AND HARRASS THEM REGULARLY ON DAILY BASIS.

I completely Agree. One of the worst Bank. I m facing similar issue since more than a month. The only option is to call their head service on[protected] OR 67196575 & lodger ur complaint. And yeah make sure to eat their head daily. I did that and finally after a month they have reversed my Original Charges but now they Late Payment + Interest etc is still pending.

Dear sir,
I am getting calls from your bank in which your rep is pressurising me through blackmail tactics by telling me that they have recorded proof of my conversation. Is that the aim with which you record the converation of your customers. I can never have imagined that despite clearly converying you my unwillingness to accept the priority circle membership, I had to face this present situation. Your harassment is increasing day by day and it is becoming untolerable for me. I never told any one about charges will be debited from my card. Priority circle benefits which will be availaible to me for which you have charged me on my credit card. I am requesting you cancel all charges + service Charges imediately. If not then i will take action against this harrasement.

i read on the internet about barclay priority circle charges being reflected in credit card of statement of many card holders without their permission. same has happened with me, the charges has reflected into my statement for which i never gave the approval. has anybody files a case in court? how do i cancel the charges ? has anybody successfully done it? please share how to so many others like me can cancel it

Barclay Credit Card — wrong charges levied on me

Dear sir,
I am using Barclay credit card (card no. [protected]) for the last 8-9 months.My complain is regarding the credit card bill, statement dated oct.18, 2008.I had made online payment of Rs.889.00(through barclaycard.in) on oct 8, 2008( last date of payment was oct 9). But i have been charged with late payment fee of Rs.561.80. I talked to their customer care to some Mr. Teles(om nov 13 at 12.30 am) but he neighter booked my complain nor did he forward my call to any senior ecutive.
my second complain is regarding bill, statement dated sept 19, 2008. Here i have been charged with Rs. 561.80 as overlimit fee.my point is that if i had already used my available credit limit than any further transaction should not have been accepted i.e. the transaction should have been declined.
So kindly try to get my complain resolve so that my mind could rest in peace.
