I, Ramayan Shah consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.14776 of Nihal Gas Service, (Ph: [protected]), mayur vihar Delhi,

for booking gas cylinder I continiously try to distributer but they are not attend call & respons
continuosely we are chassing up with the distributor directely for delivering the gas.

And Bharat gas online booking is not working from many day so, please ensure that give regular service of on line booking
please help for regular and good service & attend all phone calls

Bharat Gas — Not providing regularly gas service

Respected Sir/Madam.
i am here to inform you that your angency dont
provide gas clyinder service properly.1st of they 1st of all they dont pick up the call.i inform to you my gas connection number 13942.Name
Mohammad Shamim Nasimuddin.i complained about whole matter with Miss Patel [protected] but she also did not took the matter seriously.we
feel so bad that they provide regular service to all the hotels but they dont provide us.
i want to know whats the procedure of getting regular gas service pls provide me detail. Because o[censored]r irregular service we are facing too much problem.
Please look this matter as possible as.

WITH DUE RESPECT I WANT TO SAY THAT I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR GAS AGENCY IN NAGOLE, MAMATHA NAGER COLONY, HYDRABED, AP. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 23894. 20 DAYS BACK I HAVE BOOKED A DELIVERY. BUT THEY NEITHER SEND ME ANY DELIVERY AT TIME NOR GIVE ME SATISFACTORY ANSWER ABOUT THAT. I HAVE TRIED MANY TIME ON PHONE FOR DELIVERY BUT THEY ANSWER THAT TODAY YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE SEND TO YOU BUT THEY DIDN’T SENT. I AM IN VERY MUCH TROUBLE. TELL ME IS THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE IS APPROPRIATE WITH THE CUSTOMER?

my name is raghunath singh.my consumer no is 16224.i m from kalyan, maharastra.i have apllied for cylinder on 3 of september.till date i waitng for cylinder.if contacted they dont pickup phne calls.and when i went to office .he said cylinders are out of stock.they said i[censored] want we can provide in black.

Bharat Gas — Worst service and Delivery commitment

The distributor Fuels India, Chennai seems to have the worst devliery committment and customer service, at least in my case. Each time I book a refill order from he takes his own sweet time to deliver and even he is not contactable over phone,.

I had also raised this with the customer care of BharatGas, but there has been no firm action from their side.

I'm now fedup with this distributor, and am at totally confused what to do next????????????????

Bharat Gas — Pathetic Service as well as attitude

Service of the said agency is not only pathetic,but also the attitude towards the customers are very rude and unfriendly. My father ,Amritankur Dasgupta, (Consumer No-15786),a senior citizen(aged 82 yrs) suffering mental trauma for the same. He has booked for LPG refill on 11/10/10. As per rule practiced by M/S Shyama Gas ,one customer has to knock personally at the agency 21 days after booking for delivery of gas. They don't entertain any contact over telephone.My father who barely can walk has dragged himself to the agency twice after 21 days to plead for supply of gas. But in each occasion he was send back rudely by the agency, citing non-availability of the gas.Till 11/11/10 gas is not yet delivered.This is the situation in every month. Hence it is our fervent plea to take necessary actions so that the a gas is delivered within short span of booking ,booking over telephones, & proper customer treatment

I have applied for new connection, I have the stove, I only need a cylinder connection .

The test was done . my burner is ISI approved and in good condition .

I want a connection but you Guys are useless and has me to get the document I have provided all the proof .

Bharat Gas — Pathetic service from distributor

I hereby regret to inform you that, the distibutor (Anita gas Agency ) at Virar is so pathetic in rendering any lpg gas services. This is the 2 nd or 3 rd time i am lodging a complaint for the same... There is only one distributor available in entire virar, coz of that many of the customers are frustrated of the service given by anita gas.They do not entertain query of the customer. request you.. please look into this matter and arrange for one or two more distributor.. or we do not have any other option to loadge a complaint against you in Consumer court.. I hope we will get a positive action in this regard...

Our gas agency service is give by vinay gas,there is no reply or any responsible person in it after emergency problem....so i want to solve my problem from bharat gas or upper level from vinay gas agency...

I, Fhilomena Karkada from Malad (w), Mumbai, age 55 yrs, customer No. 5552073, to book a cylinder to keeping calling these no. +[protected], 28682143, 28682160, 29678125 which comes continiously busy for the entire day. I had visited to the distributer to book for new cylinder and have found that the phone receivers were kept aside and ther where few girls taking continiously on personal calls. I have to pay Rs. 50 on auto only to do booking. This has become a regular issue for us.

On 21st Dec 2010 i had booked for new cylinder booking no. 775. Today is 27th Jan 2011.till today i have not got the delivery. When we try to reach the Agency we are told that we will get the cylinder in 2 day. We have even noticed that the cylinder are soled in black for Rs. 500 by the dilvery boys. Request you to look into our regular issue so that we can have a peaceful life . my contact no [protected]

I am Nirmala Salvi, consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.1183 of Om Vinayak Gas Service, (Ph:[protected], Mahakali caves Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai-93.

We have done booking on 7th June. On 19th June, Cylinder Distribution Person came to our house, but that time, we were not at home, so he sold that cylinder to one of the Hotel near to our home. When we came to know about his arrival, we met that person on same day near that Hotel. That fellow told us, he will provide Gas Cylinder on next day.

But we didn’t received Cylinder in entire week after doing so many follow-ups. On 26th June we visited Distributor’s office. The leady told us, she will provide us cylinder on next day. We are continuously doing follow-ups with them, but still we have not got Gas Cylinder.

They should understand, that we are paying for Gas Cylinder & they are not offering Gas Cylinder at free of cost. We have other works to do, it’s not possible to do continuous follow-up. They are selling cylinder’s to others at higher rate & earning the profit. If they are coming to our place to deliver the cylinder & if owner of house in not present during that time, then it’s not a fault of House owner, because we are unaware about arrival of Gas Cylinder Distributor Person & we can’t stay at home for entire period till we are not getting Gas Cylinder.

Kindly look in to this matter. This shows poor service of Distributor and due to which name of Bharat Gas will also Spoil. Because people may think, that this is Monopoly of Bharat Gas as there are no competitors in Market, they are not providing Good Service to Customers.

Dear sir,

I have already wrote two complaint (dated 05.06.11 & 06.06.11) to your consumer complaint cell and awaiting for action but not to be action . I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 2583 in the name of KunwarSain on dt 21/06/2011 but till today on 08/07/2011 . I have not received the cylinder yet.

I have been calling to M/s Nihal gas agencies, Mayur Vihar-II, Delhi-110091 since 30/06/2011, 01/07/2011, 04/07/2011, 05/07/2011 & 11/07/2011 their phone numbers are 22777003, 22781109 but their phones are going busy or out of service. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency.

They not delivering to right time, it's very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas.

Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Bharat Gas — Distributor attitude

I had to go to Preteek agencies, Banaswadi who is the distributor of Bharat Gas and the treatment they give to Customers is alarming. They ask for extra money for second cylinder connection and if you question they give you a log book to register and you are in waiting list. There is no receipt for applying nor there is a commitment on when it will be made available(not even approximate).

I have made n number of complaints with the distributor on the cylinder weight being less to the distributor and there is no action taken so far. I have proved every time to the deliver boy and he seems helpless (or atleast behaves). They are into malpractices and Bharat gas website does not have a consumer redressal link to complaint about distributor. The staff threaten "You complain to whoever you can" and this is how we will do.
