I, Ramayan Shah consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.14776 of Nihal Gas Service, (Ph: [protected]), mayur vihar Delhi,

for booking gas cylinder I continiously try to distributer but they are not attend call & respons
continuosely we are chassing up with the distributor directely for delivering the gas.

And Bharat gas online booking is not working from many day so, please ensure that give regular service of on line booking
please help for regular and good service & attend all phone calls

I NARINDER CHAND KATOCH RESIDENCE OF NAIGAOAN (WEST ) VASAI, THANE DISTT. MAHARASTRA. MY GAS CONSUMER NO. 111051, UNDER THE SARASWATI GAS DEALER (371787)NAIGAON (W). I BOOKED MY REFILLING GAS CYLINDER ON 20TH JAN 09. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL DELIEVER WITH IN 24 HRS.. WHEN I GIVE REMINDER AFTER FOUR ( 04 ) DAYS, I WAS TOLD THE LADY SITTING IN THE OFFICE... YOU CAN NOT BOOK THE CYLINDER BEFORE 28 DAYS.. I ASKED IF IT IS SO THEN SO ME WHERE YOU HAVE MENTIONED THIS.. WHERE IS THE COMPANY BLACK AND WHITE ORDER ? THEN SHE TALK VERY RUDLY AND ASK ME TO ..do whatever you want to do..we only give when we feel..
THEN I CALLED ON MANAGER CELL NUMBER AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THIS MATTER. HE ENSURED ME THAT YOUR GAS WILL BE DELIEVERD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .. BUT HE FAILED TO DO SO.. NOW HE IS NOT TAKING MY CALL ANYMORE.

THERE ARE LOTS MORE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE DELIEVERY OF CYLINDER.. WHEN WE ASK THE DELIEVERY MAN TO ENTER THE DELIEVERY DATE IN GAS BOOK .. HE NEVER DO SO.. AND ASK 10 RS MORE FOR HOME DELIEVERY..

THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUIEST TO YOU SIR, THAT KINDLY SEND YOUR REPERSENTIVE TO THIS AREA AND ASK THE BP GAS USER ABOUT THE SERVICE OF THIS SARASWATI DISTRIBUTER . YOU WILL FIND LOT MORE COMPLAIN

SUB:- AGAINST DEALER OF DEVAKOTTAI BHARAT GAS AGENCY([protected])

Dear sir,

I am working as HAVILDAR OF INDIAN ARMY PAST 19 YEARS.

I was getting gas regularly as per ARMY Quotta . My wife and childrens are living in Devakottai (Sivaganga Dist Tamil Nadu)

Now our problem is that bharat gas cylinder agent not booking and not delevering gas cylinder. my wife asked agent regarding the above matter he is not answering properly. so for we are getting regullarly, now immiediatly he stoped the supply(past 25 days). my family they are facing too much probelem regarding this matter. (They are living alone)
Please to the needfull the above matter, i will greatfull to you.

Hi, Im Faraaz F Shaikh (Consumer # 36881) a client for Arihant Gas agency (Distributor Code - 251807). I've recently got a new connection and in process was forced to buy addons, namely

1. Gas stove - Rs 2326.90/-
2. Suraksha Tube - 182.60/-
3. Lighter - 53/-
4. Rice 5 kgs - 496/-

Off these I wasnt given the rice as it was out of stock and was asked to come back later. Can you please let me know if I can forgo of the rice and get my money instead?
Also will be now be possible for me to return the other (unused/packed/sealed) items? I havent spoken to the agency as people there are offensively rude. But if it is possible for me to return these items, and they dont comply, is there any thing that you can do to help me?

Hi,

We had placed a transfer of connection within Bangalore which got completed and got the New connection No:49889 on 28/1/2010 with Madam Enterprises. On the same day (28/1/2010) we had requested for new gas cylinder but till date (ie 7/2/2010) I haven't received the cylinder and everyday I'm calling the distributor which is just walkable distance from my new residence but everyday he is saying today he will give and pushing the days. Its been 11 days I haven't received the cylinder. The complaint section of ebharatgas.com is also not working. Could any of you please help me?

Respected Sir/ Madam

I wish to inform you that I have booked physically my gas cylinder on 30/01/2010. for the consumer no KF-4721 in the name of Sunila Devi with the agency Kitchen Flame having distributor Code No: CC 113546 and they had make the physical entry in my consumer card no: 7767191, after 11 days when he has not got deliver of my cylinder than again I have visited there office personally than there repetitive told me that they had not booked my cylinder than I have shown the physically entry made by them and humbly requested than lastly he has delivered the cylinder on 10/02/2010. after giving the statement that they are obliging me and they have treat me as a beggar.

Now the situation is that I don’t have the gas for cooking the food and I was gone to book my cylinder on 22nd February 2010 the gas agency is refusing to book the cylinder and they are willing to entertain me only they are tailing that you come after 02nd of March 2010 then we will book your cylinder and after 10 days they will delivered they cylinder that means he will deliver the cylinder after 12th March 2010 it’s the very difficult for me and also facing much problem due to this type of service

Having said you are requested to please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to deliver 2 cylinders today itself. Also requested to give the proper instruction to the agency that they will not harass in a such way to the consumer in future.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i had made a booking on 8th of February 2010 ( Booking no 166) As a routine i waited for more than 15 days and then i called twice every time i was told that it will come tommorrow, then on sunday 28th it was a holi on we were out of town as we never expected them working on sundays, 1st was holiday then return i called up on 3rd was told it will be available next day, again we waited on for two days then we walked in to the dealer on 6th feb, then once again i was told that there was a lock at home on 6th march i myself was out only to walkin rest of the time we are always there, again booking and still have not received a cylinder, it will only be available in black market at Rs 500 per cylinder.

If there is any problem in delivering the bottle kindly call i will get it collected, but do not cancel the booking and let us wait for 20-30 days more, we are a family of three with a child of 18 months

Other letter will be written to consumer court against the dealer and bharat gas

Kindly do the needful with the above matter

Leakage in gas cylinder reported around 11.30 AM nobody reported up to
3.00 PM today i.e. 30.03.2010. Not only it reminded so many times to the dealer. This is the standard of service.

I Pooran Singh a regular BP gas consumer no. 11589. I am staying in Lajpat Nagar, Sahibad, Ghaziabad and the dealer is Bharat Gas Agency, Jindal Market, Sahibabad. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 21 days period to book a refill and supply the refill after 10-12 days from the date of booking total days they taken around 33-35 days for refill

Ashadeep gas (Bharat gas distributor), Birati, Kolkata- 51 has sent my cylinder to wrong address even any confirmation of changing of my address was not submitted to the distributor after delivery of the last cylinder. These are the three numbers provided to me at Vishal Nagar, Vasai West for gas booking. The telephone numbers are : [protected]/8/9
All the numbers constantly ring and no response or it is busy all the time. The person answering the phone simply says 15days then another 5 days and so on. I need to know where is the delay? The Agency is blaming the BP Company. There are many others who say the cylinders are being sold in the open market.

My self Praseeth Prakash, s/o Late Mr.Prakash J Poovattil and Motty Prakash.

I am one of the LPG costumer of M/s. Prashanth Gas agency, cherthala, Alappuzha, Kerala. My consumer No. is 6544, consumer name M/s Motty Prakash (my mother). After successfully using this agency for many years, I recently experienced a terrible problem.

Now I am shifted from Cherthala to Alappuzha.
I had go to M/s. Prashanth Gas Agency, cherthala for with transfer voucher and submit a Xerox copy of identity card, ration card...etc and submitted the same on 12/05/ 2012. They told me that, they cannot be transferred 2 cylinders, because of some DATA problem in there office (means In Barath agency data only 1 cylinder for this consumer, because of some data entry mistake of employee in Barath Agency) and also they promised me, they will sort out this cylinder issue with in a week, but still we have only one cylinder in our transferred document.As per our DEPOSIT paper we have 2 cylinders and for many years we are using the same.

Now this agency is told me that, they are helpless, because Barath Agency head is not responding and also didn't get any reply from Head. Frankly am informing, the employees of this Prashanth agency is poor quality people, they don't know how to behave to the customers and also they don't know how to handle the issues of the customers, especially M/s LATHIKA (front office), her attitude is like a poor quality government staff.
The DATA entry mistake of your Agency is not a customer problem, we need the solution at the earliest. Because last 6 months am waiting for the output from your agency.

I have a Bharat gas connection No. 22085 at Tahir Gas Agency, (Code No.521702 ) Chandausi., Uttar Pradesh.When I book my delivery comes in time but the person who comes for delivery never bring a balance with him to check the weight. The receipt which is given by him is of Rs.431 only but he charge rs.10 extra without any receipt. If we object he threat, " Rs.10 is fare/travelling charge which is must without which no delivery will be made and if made weight may be less and so on. He charge this/such amount from many customers for the last many years.
I was wonder struck when my wife told me about this illegal realization by the delivery man who has taken thousands of rupees in this way. Please make an inquiry to punish the culprit.

I am using bharat gas LPG cylinder our consumer number is 6780 and SV number is [protected]. I beg to complain that I have booked a LPG cylinder on 12/10/2013 through reference number 82479086 .
But till today i have not received the LPG cylinder our distributer is SREE BHAGWAN GAS SERVICE, Lakhimpur-kheri . Pin code 262701 . From last 6 months I have not received home delivery of LPG gas cylinder, from when the online booking of LPG gas cylinder has started, they have certain excuses like I did not find your home...and they just cancel my order without informing me . But I have not changed my address from last 22 years . There is no response for my phone call...
Dear Sir,
Bharat Gas distributor at Bhubaneshwar (Laxmi Gas, Nayapali) does the delivery to commercial installations, against bookings for household consumers.
House hold consumers recieve the SMS for their booking nos. and delivery status on cell for delivery to them on message only, not the Gas Cylinders; those are being delivered to Hotels and other commercial installations. The Gas agency management and officials are doing fully involved.
On visiting their offices very often and requesting them repeatedly, officials instruct the consumer to book on line again and again; but gas cylinder being delivered after several days and repeated bookings.
Request for kind intervention and efforts to provide better services to poor consumers.
