I, Ramayan Shah consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No.14776 of Nihal Gas Service, (Ph: [protected]), mayur vihar Delhi,

for booking gas cylinder I continiously try to distributer but they are not attend call & respons
continuosely we are chassing up with the distributor directely for delivering the gas.

And Bharat gas online booking is not working from many day so, please ensure that give regular service of on line booking
please help for regular and good service & attend all phone calls

i am sk maidul islam i am existing bharat gas customer my congumar no is ng1098
my gas agency is sainthia dist birbhum west bengal
sir I am consumer of Bharat gas of m/s shahid praveen kumar gas service, devi Road Mainpuri (uP) My consumer no is 826 . The distributor book my gas refill After 30days of date of delivery And supply gas refill after 15or 20days.
So sir pl. Take action against distributor and order to distributor for booking after 21days from booking date.

I have got gas connection dated.[protected]. I am continuously requesting for second cylinder science starting but still awaited. Is there any proper procedure for issuing the same? I want urgent the second cylinder.

I am Rozlin Bharti working at NHAI New delhi residance of 5/521 A, I st. floor, Indra colony Sonepat Haryana 131001 my gas connection no. 9518 connection at Biri Gas Agencies, Railway Road, Geeta Bhawan Sonepat ph no. 2241276, 2248676 we had contect on telephone for booking cylinder but did not book my cylinder becouse he tell show me original gas paper and identy card i w we have been already showing original gas paper issue his agencies about 20 year ago along with Voter I card Pan card along with residance proof of bank pass book but not book gas cylinder I shall be great full if prociding the same,

he is not distribute gas properly he is not distribute gas on agency he distribute gas another place
and he not book home delivery gas
person making making cube here for gas at 2 am morning than 9 am distibuter come there to distribute gas
sir here poor person facin g many problum

Dear Sir,

My Customer Id:- 20954 getting service from Nihal Gas Agency, Mayur Vihar, Wanted to lodge a complaint that Inspite of Booking the gas 15 to 20 days in advance we are not getting delivered the cylinder. And when we are calling back to the agency people they are talking in a very rude manner and not telling us properly when the gas could be delivered. I have Young Baby of 11 months and I need to boil milk for her in every one hour or two please let me know where to go to get that work done or my baby would be starved by this.
As well as earlier when we used to get a cylinder it used to server us for 2 months but now days its only capable of serving only 25 days and not a whole month.

Please help us to resolve this problem

I’m from Subhashnagar, near singasandra, I have a gas connection with Bharath Gas, The agency that is servicing me is Sri Raksha gas agency in Habbagodi. They are the most unprofessional and irresponsile agency that I hae come across. While the delivery of cylinder is mostly delayed, their attitude in dealing with the customrers is pathetic. First of all it is very difficult to get them to answer your phone call. if at all they answer the phone after letting it ring for 5-10 each time, they will immediately cut you off without even listening. Then after the line will be engaged, apparently because the receiver is kept of the hook. I really wonder how a national enterprise such as Bharat Gas can allow it's customers to be ill-treated this way???!!!! And also once the gas auto come, they are park the vehicle in main rd, we are unable to pick the gas from main rd to home its nearly ½ km. and we are unable to know when the gas vehicle coming and from which route the vehicle is coming. And they are not giving home delivery if we request also but we are pay as per bill they are asking excess money. My neighbor has got a connection with other gas agency (not bharath) they are getting home delivery.

In our area bharath gas (anmol agency) 5th main srirama pura bangalore they not giving home delivery when any one ask for home delivery they are telling that we don't have people. Because of this all the coustomer have facing lot of problem please do anything for this

Cooking Gas cylinder — confirmation of booking through sms not received of late by me

Dear sir,

I have as a consumer of cooking gas of Indane booked for a gas cylinder on 16/12/2011 consumer no being 6279 Prarthana Gas Nanganallur Chennai 600061. It was accepted and registered no was advised immediaitely. However , the same confirmation was not given to me thro seperate SMS as hitherto. Last time also it was like that and with great difficulty supply was obtained.The supplier confirmed booking and assured supply as usual. I am perplexed to note why seperate sms confirmation was not received. Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i had made a booking on 12th of December 2011 ( Booking no 15866533. As a routine i waited for more than 8 days and then i called twice every time i was told that it will come tommorrow, they were told it will be available next day, again we waited on for two days then we walked in to the dealer on 15th Dec, then once again i was told that there was a lock at home. again booking and still have not received a cylinder, it will only be available in black market at Rs 600 per cylinder.

If there is any problem in delivering the bottle kindly call i will get it collected, but do not cancel the booking and let us wait for 20-30 days more, we are a family of three with a child of 18 months

Other letter will be written to consumer court against the dealer and bharat gas

Kindly do the needful with the above matter

Poor services of Dealer and rude reply.

I am consumer Sanjay Awasthi ([protected]) with reg. no. 8978 in my father name, our dealer Ruchika Agencies, Laxmi Bai Nagar, from last two days i am trying on online booking no.[protected], however every time the message received "Network busy", able to connect yesterday in night booked the same.

today called Ruchika and requested them to expedite the same however very rudely they replied waiting time is 10 days and put the phone down.

Please look into this matter

sir,my gas agency name is vinay gas service. Management of my agency is very bad. They book refill in 60day.and deliver cylinder in 25or more days.his behabiour is very rude. Please help and do something effectively.

My Cons no:38307 Name : Gopinath. I have booked the LPG on 15th May 2012, today is 18th May 2012 till now i have not received the cylinder.

The most worst thing is the respond on the phone call. If we call nobody pick up, if picks up by any chance, they are not giving proper response. Before completing our query they are disconnecting the line. They are not ready to here or solve any of our clarification. Very poor service by the agency. And also the bill date is differs from the date they deliver. The bill date was 20 days prior to the date of delivery.

Kindly look into this, Resolve.
Dear Bharat Gas,

Your 1 dealer m/s dev mogra gas service location at Mira road(E) Thane 401 107. he not gives service to consumers. im not asking about good service this center not gives any kind of service. i have 4 telphone no. of center but most of time they not pick phone. for booking we(most of my society members) go to the center and book gas slender. after that they never deliver on time and we agine go to center take slender and by own we get slender
please do some need full for all mira road consumers.
