[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of lpg gas

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 38192 in the name of Suseela Kunj on dt. 18/2/2008 but till today on 5.3.2008 have not recieved the cylinder yet. i have been calling the distributor Satya Sai Gas Service, 78 Jawahar Nagar, Goregaon (w) Mumbai. they say that the cylinder has been dispatched to you 6days ago. When i told the that we havnt recieved any cylinder show us the delivery signed chalan. they are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date there is no sign of the cylinder. Please advice whats the next step.

I Think Bharat Gas distributors has gone made. Their centre phone are always (365 Days) busy especially Orja Bharat Gas Agency at Meetha Pur Chowk, Badarpur, New Delhi-110044. It keep it phone busy or it pick up the receiver and keep it on table and they are busy in their own personal work whether the consumer will is going or not. I have been busy from last 13 days and have spent about 100 rupees on calling.

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 23/09/2010 but yet today on 10.10.2010 there is no any response and have not received the cylinder . Very Very worst service from the Bharat Gas distributor in Madavaram, Channai.

Dear Sir / Madam

I am customer of Bharar Gas and having connection at H Joshi Bros, Shop No 6 & 7, Vasant market, Nashik . To book the gas on telephone, it takes practically 2-3 days as, their telephone numbers are always busy.

Once get connection, after booking the Gas, the delivery takes more than a week . Our customer No is NK53043.

I am unable to know the reason for delay from this dealer for every times booking ?

Can you look into the issue?

i am also fed up with Bharat gas service i had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder before 8 days in the name of harshal raut (gas no16508) but till today on 11.10.2010 have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor (badlapur east mum). I came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with immediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I have booked the gas before 15 days, and my house hold Gas has finished now. When I am trying to contact to Bharat Gas i.e. Gaurishankar Gas Agency, Karve Road, Near Petrol Pump, Pune - 4; :

1. Always all the three phone lines are busy.

2. After contineous trying for 1 or 2 days, if any line gets connected by chance then the ring is contineously going but the bloody customer people don't care about the cutomers and not picking up the phone at all. When trying to call again that time the line is again busy.

3. After so many tries if any bloody customer person takes the phone she tells that it will require 5 to 6 days more. In last week also after so much hardwork when I called them they told 5 to 6 day... and today also after 2 days attempt I connected to that rascal lady and I told that my gas is finished so please deliver the gas uegently... She is telling me again it will take 5 to 6 days. And she has not listened my talk fully and disconnected the call.

My observation is for all gas centres, the same situation. Why the government is not taking any action against these gas centres? The people are suffereing a lot and these people behaves like they are not in need of customers... If you know that the population is increasing and there is a deemand for gas why you people are not capable to provide that much quantity of Cylinders?

After reading so many negative comments hope the blind govt. and Bharat Gas company will take the action against these Gas Centres.

Bloody hell Bharat Gas! Not satisfying the customers at all.

I had booked the bharat gas on 7, oct 2010.but still on 16.oct 2010 inspite of many requests the agency is not willing to supply the cylinder.

I am very much regret to inform you for the second time that Bharat Gas Dealer R.R. Traders, Patan is bent upon doing black marketing business of domestic cylinder by overlooking the complains of customers. The unique example of his trick is in last month on 20th September 2010 I booked my gas cylinder & he prepared bill of that cylinder on 25th September 2010 & delivered that cylinder on 30th September 2010. Now what is the meaning of delivering cylinder after five days of preparing bill? This is the way he play mischief with customers & misguiding authority I have got the Documentary proof of above complain. But this man is very arrogantly replies that every authority from top to bottom is under the influence of our bribe which we pay them on monthly basis. So no one can dare to speak single word against us. He means that "To Hale With Authority". Do you have answer of this statement?

I wud like to bring to your notice that on last 2 occasions the distributor, M/s Vishal gas agency, Tolgate chennai had supplied gas to me without bill after the lapse of schedule time of delivery, on much persuation from our side the distributor, M/s Vishal Gas agency, Tolgate, Chennai gave us a duplicate bill for the last supply. The distributor supplies cylinder to some consumers out of turn against "SPEED MONEY" and thereby denying the consumer who is scheduled for the supplies on the list for the day.

I request you to warn the distributor against such illegal practices as safety is also overlooked.
