LPG - Bharat Gas Cooking gas cylinder — non delivery of gas after repeated reminder

Dear sir, It is the usual practice of my dealer(Varun Gas Service, 275 School Road Khanpur, New Delhi - 62) that they can not deliver gas within the time frame described by you. I have already made my request for gas on 01 st of March 2008 but till date I have not provided gas. You just think what kind of problems I am facing thesedays. As you will be aware that LPG has become the basic need of life. But I think your dealer is not aware of that. Kindly guide me what I should do.

I am a regular customer of Bharat Gas. I have gas connection from M/s. Jalore Gas Service, Jalore.
My a/c no. is 23914
my gas connection is single cylender. I have booked a gas cylender in above firm on[protected] but till now there is no supply made by above firm.
Due to single gas cylender I am facing a great cooking problem. I have already remind this firm severly but they are not attending me .
Please do need full action immidetely for solve my problem and give relief.

I am a consumer of M/S. M.P. Gas Service of Durgapur having consumer Number 4553, i booked for gas cylinder on 08.09.2008 (booking No.: 92), but repeated request i am not getting Gas cylinder till date. This is the regular feature with this dealer. They told us that after receiving one cylinder, i can book for another one after 15 days and that should take another 15 days delivery time but they can not delivery the gas in time. Sir, with deep pain i request you kindly give me suggestion to switch over process to another gas service like Indian oil or HP.

I have had a very poor response from Prateek Enterprises, Bangalore in catering to my booking for a gas cylinder.
I made a booking for the cylinder on 21sep 2008. The booking number that was allotted to me was 16. When i again checked with them on 25sep 2008, I was given another number being 14669. They have also now switched to an automated machine to register complaints which is very frustrating. I keep getting the same response that my compaint number is 16.
Till date, I have not received the cylinder and it has caused extreme inconvenience. For the last 10 days, I have been in a situation to order food from outside.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and would like to request the respective authorities for their help in resolving this issue and take action on the below agency for thier pathetic customer service and not having a basic telephone number for their customers to reach out to.

Bharat Gas Cylinder — non delivery of cooking gas cylinder

I am a customer of Bharat gas for domestic cooking gas at bilaspur, chhattisgarh my card serial no.WR 5795109 consumer No.018996. Ihave a booked gas cylinder near about 20 day before but the agency don't bother about supply the cylinder even after various reminder on telephone. the agency code no. is 351877

You are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action pl.other wise i have to surrender my connection immediately.

I have booked cylinder on 15/01/2009 and have called them several times regarding the delivery of the same.
Every time I call them they give me a false date and never deliver on time. I have already called them more than 10 times and have gone to their office 3 times. They say that they have put my case as emergency but have never deliver it to me.
I am without a gas cyclinder since 6 days now. These people leave us with no option left other than buying it in BLACK from local shops, which I have never done in my entire lifetime.

Note: they have two phone numbers listed for their customers([protected],[protected], which they always keep busy and they phpne rings, they do not pick up the phone

Non delivery of Gas cylinder
I am a consumer of M/S. M.P. Gas Service of Durgapur having consumer Number MP-805, I booked for gas cylinder almost 5 weeks ago, but repeated request i am not getting Gas cylinder till date. This is the regular feature with this dealer. Every time they assure me for quick delivery and each time they failed to distribute resulting they are not delivering the gas in time. Sir, with deep pain I request you to kindly look into this matter & oblige.

Please note that we are not getting the gas cylinders regularly. In the year of 2009, it is the fifth month going on and we have received only three cylinders including the one which we received today. We booked the cylinder on 7th of April 2009 and they said the vehicle will be coming on 28th of April. But they didn’t come to deliver the cylinder. Waiting till the evening we tried to contact them, they said that the vehicle will be coming on the next Tuesday, ie 5th May. We have waited with the cylinder from morning till the evening and we got the answer from the agency that the Vehicle will come next Tuesday. Today morning my cylinder become empty .I call the agency and begged for the cylinder but they said they can’t do anything, we have to wait till next Tuesday. We are completely depending the gas for cooking. Last week we saw an ad in the newspaper telling about your service. Do you think this is the good customer service .I think definitely not.
I have a suggestion that at the time of booking we should get a confirmation about the date and time of the vehicle coming to our premises and also please ensure that we are getting the cylinders in every 28 days after booking .Please make an enquiry at Kizhakkambalam, Ernakulam, whether I am saying correct or not. Please do some arrangement to solve the problems

I am comsumer of Bharat Gas vide Consumer No 18996 at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. I have booked a cylinder on 25/03/09 vide Refill Booking No. 7884. I have not received gas cylinder till date.Our Gas Agency, M/S Abhinav Gas Services, Bilaspur does not bother about customer services and it is their regular practice to ignor customer services.They sale the cylinder at local markey without fullfiil the bonafide customer's requirement as gas cylinder is easily available at blac market with higher price. The matter should be taken very seriously. and action should be taken against the agency.
