[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

i have booked the cylinder on 30th january 2012 with ABHA GAS AGENCY , TRANSPORT NAGAR, MEERUT with connection no. AB9607 but till date it has not been recieved... it has been almost 25 days and inspite of repeated calls and visits they always say to delliver it in 2 days.... this has not been the first time that we are troubled.. it has been repeated many times in the past as well.... kindly look into the matter....

i'm sanjay i book my gas Cylinder on 29/04/2012 on my nearest distributer Kitchen Flame. They did not deliver my Gas cylinder for since almost 1 month and when i go to Gas agency they cancel my current booking and they said that ur current booking is beeing cancel they didnot tell me any reason why they cancel my booking and they said that you have to do new booking for cylinder. and when i ask why what's the reason they clearly deny my request. so, now i wanted you to take a fair decision or take a appropriate action against Kitchen Flame Gas agency.

Mob no. - [protected] . The Cylinder has not been delivered after booking 15 days. My Booking Ref no is[protected] dated 01.09.2014 . Even though after calling to Quality Gas Service Agency also they don't bother to send my gas cylinder.

I have booked gas cylinder through SMS on 08/09/2014. But till date (19/10/2014) I have not received. I have single gas connection. I have queried several times since 08/09/2014 about the delivery, but each time they say within a week they will give the delivery and are telling that there is scarcity of cylinders as they are not getting the delivery but one of my colleague Mr. A.K. Pathak residing in the same colony booked after me i.e. on 11/09/2014 but has got the delivery on 16/10/2014. Since few days they are insisting me to go to their place and take the delivery, but even after going to their place for 3 consecutive days, taking leave from my office they did not deliver the gas cylinder.

My consumer no. is P[protected]. I had booked my gas on 19/10/14, my booking no.[protected]. My second cylinder got empty so I booked the second cylinder on 29/10/14. The second booking no. is[protected]. To my surprise on booking the second cylinder I got the message that the distributor had already cleared delivery upto the booking date 29/10/14. I would like to know that why the cylinder which has already been booked on 19/10/14 not delivered to me till date. I requested my Pragati Gas Agency, Pune to kindly deliver me both the cylinders as I am totally handicapped. They replied that you will get the second cylinder after 8-10 days. I request you to kindly look into the matter and deliver the cylinders on urgent basis.

I had booked the cylinder on 16/10/2014 thru mobile and system generated booking no[protected].

Till the date the same is not delivered and upon inquiry no satisfactory answer is given. Even the delivery van which was passing today told us that we have not got your receipt. in fact they are delivering cylinder even of booking beyond 16.10.2014.

Is the BPCL works thus calling for customer complaint.

Please look the matter and arrange to deliver the cylinder thru your distributor M/S GAS PALACE, S C O 8L GANDHI COLONY OPP GIRLS SCHOOL RAJPURA TOWN. PH[protected], 226290.

My name is Mohd. Yasin, citizen of New Delhi, Sangam Vihar. I ordered a gas cylinder on 4th dec, 28dec and till date its not delievered. Gas agency named by Varun Gas Agency in Tigdi, Khanpur, Distt: Mehrauli.

Its been a whole month i have been trying to reach them, and they always ignore saying they might deliver. Kindly take action soon because of this i had to buy small cylinder. It's unappropriate because i am poor and can't afford more expenses.

My gas with customer B-40995 with bharat gas agency (Bhartiya gas srevice) was booked on[protected] with booking no. 240873and I received the sms alert of cash memo no.[protected] on[protected]. However, no such delivery has been made of the cylinder till date.(10/02/2015). Kindly Provide the same and provide us with the reason for non -delivery.

This is regarding non-delivery of Gas Cylinder. I submitted my refill request on 02-Feb-2015 and have not yet received filled cylinder yet. I have visited my agency thrice they say that will deliver it today but today did not come yet.
