I BOOKED ONLINE LPG ON DATED 31/08/2013 VIDE REFERENCE NO.65597374 BUT GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE.

FURTHER I AGAIN BOOKED GAS ON DATED 11.09.2013 VIDE REFERENCE NO.70077647. I HAVE VISITED MANY TIMES TO THE OFFICE OF THE GAS DITRIBUTED I.E CHANDER GAS SERVICE GUMAN MARKET, BSTI SHEIKH JALANDHAR CITY PUNJAB FOR THE SUPPLY OF GAS.

THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DEALER HAS NOT ATTENDED ME PROPERLY AND EVEN MISBEHAVED.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO PROVIDE ME GAS CYLINDER

Ashok gas service in Asalfa Ghatkopar is not delivering gas cylinder deliberately as they are extracting money by giving the cylnders to purchaser who purchases in black.I booked the gas in 23rd of July since then this agency is making some drama for delivery.Every time when they deliver the cylinder they are expecting extra money as delivery boy charges.My consumer no is 86131.Booking is entered with there system since 23rdJuly.
DEAR SIR, PL. We booked for a refill on 22nd September 2009 at our distributor BHARADWAJ AGENCIES, VANASTHALIPURAM vide their booking number 9174.Despite repeated reminders they have not yet delivered the cylinder.Please look into the matter and instruct your dealer for prompt delivery of refills.

Dear Sir,

There is quite much of delay in the delivery of our gas cylinder the consumer no.being 45756 at Ratan Gas Agency. The second cylinder is empty.

Anjali Gas Service (Kajupada Branch) is the WORST Branch ever. Every time i face problems in delivery of gas cylinders.
This time i asked for cylinder on dated 20/10/2009 till today i have not received & the person sitting at Kajupada Branch says it will take another 5 days to deliver the gas cylinder.
I have only 1 cylinder consumer no. 30323, I asked for 2 cylinders connection but you people are not giving connection for the same.
Truly your Kajupada Branch service is very poor. It always takes more than 1 week to deliver the cylinders but you people (Bharat Gas) advertise delivery within 24 hours but in actual consumers like me having 1 cylinder connection receive their cylinders only after 1 week. Even the person sitting at Kajupada Branch dont have manners to speak to consumers.

I am really confused about my gas cylinder booking. Once the new cylinder is delivered, how many days do we need to wait to book for the other one. And once it’s booked, how long it will take to deliver to customer? I have two cylinders, but right now both are empty and the delivery of the booked cylinder is still not done.

I am aconsumer of Victory Gas service, Service of your company is so pathetic that i can't explain in words.They never pickup the phone of the consumer.I am just going to switch over to another gas company as Bharat Gas perheps have enough consumers, they don't care.

we back not got the delivery of our gas till now, booking date was 8th of november. THe dealer is very ignorant and misbehaved with the customers. We are very very very upset from Priyanka gas service center in delhi in kashmere gate. PLease take immediate action. PLease inform us that what is the cycle for booking the empty gas cylinder as soon as possible. We want an apology from the priyanka gas dealer as he has been threatening us also.please again it is a request that we want immidiate action as we are facing problems.our previos booking was on 17th of october.

Dear Sir,
I am using Bharat Gas services from last 20 yrs, Through PRIYADARSHNI GAS AGENCY in Naini, Allahabad From last one year we are suffering due to poor services of Priyadarshni Gas, Normally they are not picking the phone, I have booked my cylinder before 15 dayes.

I have book my refill personally Before 15 dayes, But till dated i have not receive any response from there side.

it is request to you kindly take proper action against said agency.

This is Arun Sharma from Sonipat(Hr.) having Sr.No.32651. So many times I try to contact for booking on BP Customer care to your gas Service Station. But they didn't give us any positive respond, they haven't any professionalism to attend their customer properly. They're disconnect the telephone without giving any responce.
Now I have booked my gas cylinder before atleast 10days, but I didn't find any delivery. Meanwhile I try to remind my booking, but your customer care didn't give any satisfy answer. We are suffering a lot from this kind of poor service.
If we (Customer) pay you a lot money for new connection as compare to other gas service i.e(HP, Indane) for your good service. But if you cann't able to provide us good service why we pay a lot. So please do the needful action as aerliest as possible.

Dear Sir/Ma'am ,

I (Annapurna) am facing a big problem regarding delivery of gas cylinders. I have gas connection in Friends Gas Service (Bharat Gas Agency) Add - 4B Bharat Nagar, New Friends colony, New Delhi - 110065. /They do not deliver the gas cylinder at time. Everytime they deliver it after 10 or 15 days. And this time a month gone but they have not diliver the cylinder yet. I booked it on 13-Jan-2010. As I have a big family (my husband and children), I am in a big trouble. They sell cylinder to the non consumer at higher rates. They are doing black marketing of our cylinders.

Please help me by taking appropriate in against of agency.

Maine bharat gas Samidha gas Agency Prem Nagar, Gwalior se new conection liya hai. Aur maine apna refill karwane ke liye 24/01/2010 ko booking ki magar abhi tak unhone mere ko cylinder abhi thak nahi bheja roz kahte hai ki maine aaj bhej raha hoon magar phir bhi nahi bhejte hai. aur kahte hai ki hum apka cylinder nahi bhejenge jab hamari icho hogi to hum bhej denge. aur wo log cylinder ko gwalior city mein khub black mein cylinder bhej rahe hai, aur yahan har admi pareshan hai kyoki yahan par logo ko ek mahine bad bhi cylinder nahi milta hai kriya karke yahan par gwalior karke Samidha Gas Agency enquiry karne ki kriya kare apki ati kriya hogi
