[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

Dear Sir,
Every time i book a gas cylinder for my domestic use, my gas distributer , M/S EXCEL GAS SERVICES, VASHI, NEW MUMBAI (AGENCY CODE No. -149493) supply the gas cylinder after not less than 15-20 days . That also after I remind them several times and going up & down to the distributer personnels and reporting to the Bharat Gas Officer.It is surprised to note that I get the cylinder as soon as I report to the officer. But I surprise why I have to report to the officer every time? I request you to look into it so that this complain is permanently solved.

Dear Sir:

I have gasconnection in Bharat Gas Agency in Sector -5, Rohini, Delhi. we are continously trying their phone numbers but there is no response. They are late by more than 10 days in delivering the cylinder. I have personally gone to the agency and booked the number on 30th Jan 2010. Kindly help us, as we have already borrowed one cylinder from our neighbour. I have a small baby also at home. With a request and hope that you would look into this matter (My connection no: is 18431).

Bharat Gas - gas cylinder — Non-delivery of Gas Cylinder

I am already having BPCL Bharat Gas connection with Single Cylinder. I am not getting cylinder within 7 days after booking.

Moreover, I would like to have double cylinder connection, provided they are asking me to take some other goods beccause there is a tie-up agreement as per the policy of your company.

Please let me know in details if that is so.

Sachin Gas Service, lajpat Nagar, New Delhi — Non-delivery of cooking Gas Cylinder

I, Khalil Ahmad have booked a cooking gas cylinder(Consumer No. 18102) to Sachin Gas Service, Lajpat Nagar, New delhi on 25th day of June, 2010 through internet. still now(9th day of July,2010) nobody came to my house for the delivery of that cylinder.

MY NAME IN HARWINDER SINGH, I AM LIVING IN D-12, 3RD FLOOR, ASHOKA ROAD,ADARSH NAGAR, DELHI-110033 WITH MY FAMILY. I AM FACING PROBLEM IN COOKING GAS CYLINDER DILIVERY FROM BHARAT GAS FROM LAST TWO MONTHS. THE GAS AGANCY NAME IN M/s M D INTERPRISES, 5, VISHAL MKT, PARMANAND COLONY, DELHI-110009.

PLEASE TAKE ANY ACTION ABOUT THIS NEGLIGANCE TO AVOID UNCONVIENCE FOR MY FAMLIY.

I had booked my cylinder on[protected] in MUKTA GAS SERVICES,MALAD (E) of BHARAT GAS but i haven't got the delivery of cylinder till today i.e.[protected]. When i had called the gas agency they haven't given me a proper response and when i called to the delivery boy he told me that i am coming in 10 min. but he haven't come till now. So please take a proper action aginst gas agency.

We had complaint against L.P.G. gas distributer Ranjit Bharat Gas Service, V.P.O Lambi, Distt. Muktsar. We had booked new gas filled cylinder on date 7 Feb. 2010. The filled L.P.G. cylinder is not made available till date. I am service man in Punjab Police, located at some far city other than my village, I have little time to visit Service office. While we visit office for our needs, the office attendee just gives us wrong promises for availability of Gas cylinder. Also we had booked new second L.P.G gas cylinder on same Domestic Gas Card, from last 4-5 months. New second cylinder is not made available till date. Please solve our issue as early as possible. We will be highly thankful to you.

I booked my gas cylinder , Consumer no.- T3315 on 26/08/2010 and has not received the cylinder yet. I requested National Gas Service, Hisar many times to deliver the cylinder at my residence, but of no avail. The telephone number of the gas agency is[protected] and[protected]. Your gas agency does not pick the calls of the consumer. Very rarely we get a chance when we get connected to your phone numbers. I suppose this is a deliberate attempt by the gas agency. This is a harassment to the consumer.

We have booked our gas cylinder on 14/09/2010 by going to office at 100 Ft road, Near Guru Teg Bahadur Chowk, Bhatinda twice but we have not yet got our cylinder. Our consumer number is JP1544.Today is 08/10/2010 and we are still waiting for waiting for cylinder. I want to know the exact date when we will get our cylinder.

I am a consumer of Bharat gas domestic cylinder and my consumer ID No is 13320. I receive my cylinder from Govinda Gas Agency in Koratty.(Trissur).
On booking my cylinder after 21 days from the date of delivery , I never receive my cylinder in time.Currently , I had booked my cylinder on the 15/11/2010 and my booking reference is 4441038 but have still not received a cylinder till date.

Its a pathetic situation. Kindly help.

I had booked fro refilling of LPG Gas Cylinder on 31.10.2010 vide booking No.12011 but still date (i.e.02.01.2011) they have failed to supply the cylinder ever after several reminders on telephone as well as physically.I feel, they dont bother about the customer services.My Consumer No. is 018996 and the Agency name is Abhinav Gas Servises,A/9 Bajrang Complex Telipara Bilaspur(C.G.) Code no. 351877.

In this situtation i request you either arrange to supply the cylinder or issue certificate that Bharat Gas is unable to supply gas cylinder so that I can apply for new connection to other LPG Gas Company.

And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.
For example now I had Booked for the cylinder on dt. 13/01/2011 but now they are not ready to book further cylinder after Two month also. there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s. Raka Gas Agency.Pune chinchwad

bharat petroleum ltd — Non delivery of gas even after 20 days

I stay in Mira Road and I use Bharat Petroleum Gas (BP). I have booked the gas 22 days ago, but I am still to receive the gas. I have already visited their office in Miraroad 3 times. Every time they promise to send, but they dont send. Their phone is always busy (best to be explained by themselves). Can anyone help me to get the gas cylinder and can anyone take some action on these people so that general public dont suffer like me.

Gas cylinder booked 20 days earlier not yet delivered.... booking no. 10416514.... no reply at bharatgas head office[protected], Mr. vishnuraj - [protected], dhanalakshmi gas agencies[protected], 26216869, 25324905, 25323264, 65287775... worst organisation ever come across... making money at we people's cost..... all inefficient people working there....

I face very poor response from M/s.Aadhi Bharat Gas Agency, Vananthurai, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.(code no. 142421).

I booked thru SMS on 20-Oct-2011 @ 3.18pm, ref no. 14013589, but till date i didn't recd .Cylinder for my usage.

When i tried to contact the agency on 29-Oct-2011, they replied the same will be delivered today (29Oct11), but no response from their side for thelast 12 days.

I contacted the customer care @[protected], they registered and provided another number[protected],[protected],[protected] to call, but when i tried these numbers, no one is picking up the call.

I really very upset with this agencies for the last 4 months and not only myself the most of the people in our areas are also very upset by their service.

I sincerely request you to take some legal action and provide us some solution.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind attention that I am facing a yell lot of problems with this Ujwal Gas Agency (Bharat Gas), Burhanpur. First the people or the staff over there always lie. They don't respond properly and they won't transfer the line to the Manager. I have booked for the refilling of the cylinder on 22.11.11 and reminded twice on 05/12/11 and 16/12/11 and today it is 19/12/11 still they have not turned up. The call which I make to them on daily basis is of no use. Always they say it will come "today" but that "today" has not yet come. Other customers who ordered later have got their cylinders.

Please do take this complaint very seriously. I request you to take action on these people.
