This is the reminder that on your site there was no responding of to disconnect the connection. I had already sent two email one on Sunday (01Aprl-2012)about 10:10Am another on Monday 02:20 pm (02Apr-2012). But till today you have not disconnect my Line.

I am a Customer of your LL & Internet devises Since long time but now i want it to disconnect w.e.f. today, due nonuse/ very small data used by me. I dont want to go any other/ further plan/ old plan of small or minimal uses charges offer by you.
I contact your customer care executive cancellation dept ( farhana) at about 09:15 A.M. on today (01/Apr/2012) . She was unable to regier my complaint/ greviences online. she suugest me to mail on you about the disconnection/ disconnect the line. She is unable to give local (Bhopal ) office for disconnection applcation to register by hand(offline).
It treat it as urgent and disconnect as early as possible and confirm me the complaint and suggestion detail . My alternative Mobile No [protected] .

please send me the remaining dues after disconnecting the line.
