I purchased two Airtel prepaid connection from The Mobile Store Patrakarpuram Lucknow few months back, and i submitted my documents along with CAF form as attached in the mail but as on today both connection is not in my name.
Kindly check and revert where my documents is, and the reason for this activity.
As both of the connection is very important for me kindly request for the profile change.
