[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Ltd. Chandigarh — pf transfer not done | |||
I left bharti airtel chandigarh on 9th oct 2007 and joined Genpact delhi on 10th oct 2007. Applied for pf transfer in genpact, which is not yet transferred. Its been 4 years now and it has caused svere mental trauma to me. As a last resort i am writing into your forum and expecting a positive turn to end this trauma. My pf accumulation from Bharti Airtel ltd a/c- PB/CH/21346/001371 is to be transferred to Genpact India employees pf trust- E/DL/20546/56769. Genpact has written to bharti for transfer of PF ACCUMULATION in letter ref no. JRFS/4000/004000/23 SEPT-08. In reply i got to know that Airtel has stopped the transfer. No company can hold an employees PF since it is illegal. I need your help in resolving this because at RPFC chandigarh is neither replying to my courier sent on[protected] nor answering anything properly on phone calls. its been 6 months of painfull follow up with them.
