The problem was resolved on 25th September 2009 after my repeated visit to the airtel office (Patel Nagar ) iDehradun. Very rarely I have undergone such harassment in my life. The quality of service of Airtel is of very low standard. Why I am sticking to Airtel in spite of the harassment and humiliation received by me is the Number I am using for last more than five years. I would prefer to change the service provider at the earlier possibility when the number transferability starts the money I have paid (Rs 998) is over ( I suppose by March 2010), if it is possible now please let me know. Where do I go for the compensation of the harassment I have undergone?

My mobile no. is [protected]. I have purchased a duplicate sim for same above no. but unto now after passed 50 hrs. the sim is not active, due to this uncearness of customercare I am disconnected from my contacts, while have been many time registred complaints on customer care, even now customer care operators (198) set the computer on auto mode for engage me unnecessary information again my mobile no. call. so plz solve my probs and save the Airtel Rapo.

my mobile no is [protected]. i have taken msg card of 85 Rs on 12 may 2011 validity of that for a month but from yesterday dated 27-may 2011. for every msg they deduct 1 Rs from my account .I loss 30 Rs for the same, plz solve my problem to give back my money to my account with deducted from my account

My number is [protected]. My complaint no isCBDVS[protected]. I was told for tarrif plan of Rs. 34/=to add up to get ISD charges @ Rs 4.75 per minute for Newzeland by Madam Mandakini on your 876 line. I did the sama. But still I am being charged very high for ISD calls. Pl go through my call history and amend and refund extra payments charged from me. It is preventing me to make ISD calls.

I have lost my airtel prepaid no.[protected] for same I have registered with airtel customer care no.121 and [protected] both coincidence both can't respond for it. I am really saddened with same incident with rude behave of all executive. Airtel is loosing it's leadership day by day. It will really affects bharti airtel Ltd. Reputation in whole telecom market.

I have paid all my airtel bills but i am getting calls from customer care for non payment of bill. One of my cheque of Rs 1330 has been in discrepancy due to fault from your end. I have visited two three times to Rajpur road Aritel store where i made the payment but no resolution. Cheque Dated: 9-8-17, Ch. No. 775335, bank: Karnataka Amount: 1330.

Airtel Number : [protected] : Rs 615.
Please resolve my issue on priority basis as my number is also bared which is forcing me to port my all Airtel numbers to some other operator. I am experiencing very bad customer service from Airtel. Also i will take legal action against your Rajpur road store for misusing my cheque and hampering my image by baring my number after payment.

Pls be informed that airtel could not provide me one 4G Potshot connection after all my complete documents...they took over a week and finally said one of my govt Cert (UK Labour) which was online is not approved by their dox department, even after i could arrange their talk on phone from Uttarakhand Labour Dept office...all the outlet staff and their seniors made us fool continue for 7 to 8 days and misbehave latter.
Pls take corrective action...also i am taking this matter ahead...
