Bharti Airtel Prepaid — my prepaid connection outgoing is barred | |
I have taken one prepaid conntection with no.[protected] on 7th of November 2008 in Tiruchirappalli Tamil nadu and given my Passport for Identity and Address proof (enclosed in this mail) and on 10th of Nov i got one call from customer care saying that i need to submit my address and identity proof again ( i dont know why) than i submitted my passport copy with one photo in Thillai nagar Airtel outlet shop which is situated in 11th cross but unfortunately on 12th of november my outgoing calls was barred by Airtel saying that i have not submitted my proofs to Airtel, inspite i have submitted for 2 times and till now i am not able to make any outgoing call from my mobile. Airtel Prepaid Connection — Outgoing barred
I got prepaid connection on 28/01/2010 from AirTel Customer care and depositedall required documents at the same time. But still these documents are not sent to its desination point from there customer care and my Outgoing is barred.
My MDN is [protected].
2 Months back also i got AirTel prepaid connection from there local deler and after one month(After varification) suddenly incoming/outgoing barred. When i contacted CC center I was informmed that it was pre activated SIM and company is not responsible. And i loose the SIM chrges and Recharge voucher amount.
I am heart with Airtel's customer care services.
