i have taken Landline connection of Airtel frrom Akhil Tiwari on 11 dec 2008 who is working their as senior officer and has taken extra Rs.300 on saying that he will provide Phone instrument and Dont take i from Line man i will provide but after so many day sand calling on his mobile agagin and again he is not giving the phone instrument nor he is picking up the his Phone to.i know he has cheated me ...So i request Airtel to Stop sending such people to Their Field area to take new connections and take neccesary action against him..Such people Provide bad name to the company

Dear Airtel staff

hope you are fine.

This is in reference to my cell no [protected]

As this no I am using for the internet purpose as blackberry and Iam paying Rs 50/- per month as minimum charges as per plan of airtel.

But I was really surprise to see that airtel has charged Rs 240/- in sept 2009 bill which is paid by my staff on Sept 17, 2009 and then my staff paid Rs 440.42 in oct 2009.as I could not see bill because I was out of india.

and further surprise to see the next bill of Rs 220.60 which is due on Nov 27, 2009.

When I hv paid Rs 6999/- annual rent of blackberry and also paid tex on this then why so much bill??????????????/

Instead of Rs 50/- per month why airtel charging this much amount where their is not a single phone call from this number.

Why some body in Airtel want to disturb me all the time. Why ???????????


Where is my mistake. Who is calling from my mumber from your office ??????????????/


Pl give me proper reply as you are also not picking my cell. What to do ??????????///

Sir,
I am a retailer under the distributor M/s Pawan store. On 26 Jan.2010 Rs.2010 was wrongly transferred from my shop in favour of Tele No.[protected] vide transfer I D No.TXID[protected].

I requested to Mr Daniel of M/s Pawan Store and the TM to revert the amount. Since then I have been requesting the TM and M/s Pawan Store but nothing has been done and now they are not picking up my phone calls.

You are requested to look into the matter and info me as to how long does it take to revert the amount in such cases and how much money will I get back.
