I am enclosing copy of my all mails sent to Airtel (Mobile No.[protected])for my compensation against I spent for my visit to Lucknow/Pune/Bangalore as their representatives every time confirmed that STD Facility is already running/activate within 4 hours - But all failed only false promises received. Every new executives blame to earlier & told I activatef. I sent so may reminders to get the e-mil id of Sh Mittal Ji or CEO of Airtel to send all the complaint to them to see the feedback of one customer But they are not giving any response.

I am sending copy of all my earlier mails for your immediate attention.

No response where is customer standing in Airtel. For giving the e-mail id of their Chairman/CEO/Managing Director they will take so long time to reach the customer complaint. Is any one in Airtel who give us the status of my complaint
1. Email id of Chairman/Worthy Managing Director/CEO
2. Status of my Compensation against the services & harrassment during my visit of various places because of network failure-only false promises to restore the services, every one confirmed I done - now every one is silent to save their own colleagues.

Please take immediate steps & provide us status immediately as this is a consumer right to get the desired information from the organisation.

Matter urgent & request again to send the status immediately it shown that any channels is not looking the complaint & they are busy to close the case at the earliest who is listening the customer & where customer go when your exceutives are harrassing.

Again request for immediate response.

Thanks for your mail I have gone through the same in details & observed some discrepencies in your reply.

1. Technical Error -You mentioned that it is out of control and on other side your representatives every time confirmed that they solved the problem & you will never face it again but in actual STATUS SAME - Who is right you or your representatives who is attending the telephone calls? where customer believe?
2. How a customer know it is technical or man made fault - When your representatives every time confirmed "I done as earlier executive not done" who is right & who is wrong - this is a serial story of every time. I never confirmed by your executives what is the main cause of this fault - you are doing all these things at your end without any confirmed intimation to customer Who is faulty - I or Airtel. Whose responsility to inform - I or Airtel as a Connection holder I booked my complaint to 121 but on Airtel who complete his responsibility - Than how you say that my case is not cover under compensation.

Respected sir, this is totally a case of compensation as a waste my business trip because of your Irresponsible Executives. It is clearly shows that you are giving wrong statement to save your own people & not considering the cost of harrassment & embrassing situation of person who is having Blackberry Set but no Net work.

I am asking a amount which I spent on my tours on actuals as all bills attached with the mail then where is Justice in Airtel it shows that no difference between 121 or Appellate Authority. I observed that they are not going in depth of the complant as a routine all are working in hurry to close the case. But this is a genuine case again go through the correspondence carefully before closing the same.

I request your goodself to look into the matter personally in depth with all correspondence before giving any one side decision. As a customer I have a full right to ask for compensation because of services not provided by any authority after their commitment to restore as you charged the amount of STD in your bills against not cunction of services - No one goes in depth the frequency of callrecord of your 121 working or Call Centre People working as they are only giving a lips services in actual as they are only big stone between Management & Customers. Convey my feelings to Chairman Sir in your Board Meeting.

Kindly give the e-mail id of Worthy Chairman of Airtel to knock the door before knocking the door for justice to Honourable Court/Consumer Court as we are looking the advertisement on our TV regarding right of a customer - Book a complaint to customer care/Shop from you purchased the goods, if they are not listing to go area manager, not listening - Go the Company Sr Management so we are adopting the same procedure as we are Jagruk Nagrik of this democratic Country". Before hearing/looking the case you adopred the sameprocedure & declare the result because every one in Airtel is in hurry. In actual this is a sign of bad days are coming in near future as every one is stopping the noice of customer & saving his face only.

Any Justice in Airtel who & where these Judges are sitting if a customer want to meet kindly confirm date & time for meeting to knock the door. Kindly provide us e-mail id of Airtel Chairman as a govt notification every one has full right to ask any information of company but on your website no such information is available. Kindly confirm the same as I want to send my all earlier correspondence to Worthy Chairman office directly I think Honourable Worthy Chairman is the right person to listen the customer as it is clear from your mail that you all are final authority to take decision without contacting the parties where is Justice - for every judgement hearing of both parties are essential but in Airtel Appellate Authority is final No Need to listen any one before declaring judgement.


I request your goodself to look into the matter in depth again & confirm the following

1. E-mail id of Chairman
2. Status of my compensation amount
3. Who is the right person to contact except Chairman-e-mail id required.
4. Where is customer standing in Airtel

Matter most urgent & open your ear & eyes before customer close their ear & eyes from Bad Services of Airtel. I again request your goodself to look into the matter on top priority & take decision after going throuth/listen the voice of customer before taking/declaring any one side decision. Re-consider your decision & send my compensation amount at the earliest.

dear sir,

i hav been using airtel pre-paid lifetime connection since last 3years.but from may 9th onwards i coudn't sent messages to one particular ISD no.even if i had more balance money in this account.when i contacted customer care service, they told me its not the problem of this service, its because of your recipients service.but at the same time i sent messages from other mobile services.also the customer care personnels offerd me a time limit(untill june 6th) to solve this problem.the complaint no is:[protected].yesterday(june 7th) i sent message to the same no., then i got this report :"message sending barred".
Airtel is one of the worst service, it seems like AIRTEL has won customes first in start of few year of service and now degrading its quality in all terms. Today if you ask in market place everyone will say AIRTEL network ok even if the same person is facing the problem in same network. According to survey in the past call drop rate from airtel to any other network was maximum when compared to other mobile operators. These people are clearly cheating.

So many times AIRTEL called me for my mobile network complaint, then network goes fine for another few hour, then again the same problem, and whenever this problem happens it runs for months

If situation will be same two down the line airtel will be one of the worst mobile operator in market.

AIRTEL is worst ever company I have come across in terms of cutomer care.Neithe the Nodal officer nor the Appellate Officer picks up the phoe numbers provided. Even the response provided over email is unsatisfactory..When raised the issue again, the appellate officer copy pastes the answer provided by the earlier appellate. Request some from the Management team to look into my problems.

    This is regarding my bill plan & waiver given by Air Tel. previously my bill plan was 699 advance rental for 1Yr and i.e expired on 28th sep08 .I was recived a call form customer care in Aug08 for renewing the same plan at that time I agreed same plan for next one year (i.e 699 advance rental).When I got bill of oct 08, then find the plan was not activeted by you and charged 300 rental for same .Then called your customer care & tell all the story then he agreed for the same to activate on my number & also given Rs 600 discount for the rental charged by you(for Oct & Nov on 12th Nov).But in nov-dec bill no discount was given by you & also charge Rs 75 late payment for the same.According to your customer care the plan was (699 advane) activated on 12th Nov & same was confirmed by your custmer care .

    Therfore I requet you please activate same plan(i.e 699 advance rental) & give all discounts(i.e 600+75+service tax for 675).Othewise I am not able to give any bill & I will not continue with airtel because all mistake has been done from your side.

    And the reference for same is[protected].

    At present Airtel says we are unable to activate the bill plan Advance rental 699 as the same is withdrawn. But in Aug08 same plan was avilable .So i request u please me for the same.

    I have the the airtel no. [protected] in my name. Every month we are after the airtel representative here at Nagothane, to send us the monthly subscriber bills in time.

    The bills have never come in time. For this month the payment due date was 24.01.2009 while the bill came on 29.01.2009. ( In fact this was collected from post office on 29.01.2009 before it was delivered to our place ). Note our BSNL bill comes on time always.

    A penatly of Rs. 50/- is applicable for no fault of mine.

    We need to have a facility to see bills on line and pay them monthly.

              I m using airtel postpaid connection from four yrs.my mobile no. is [protected].i m very disappointed with the kind of services airtel are providing in these days.i have serveral calls in your customer care but everytime i m getting no solution.
              i have recieved many services messages from your side, if i have charged only for open those messages, for that i m not responsible.
              i have recieved three messages from 54999 & 64611199 on 24/11/2008, which said i was using airtel license manager service and i have been charged for it.after that i have done immideate call in your customer care about this & recieved refference no.[protected], that girl assured me that, these services will stop & if they charge me for this in sms others & etc., that will be waved off.
              After a week my bill generated & i found i have been charged for rs.631 in sms others and according to my bill taxes was 108rs.which are totally unfair.
              1.)firstly i have called up in your customer care on 1/12/2008 at 8:59pm about my bill & recieved[protected] complaint no..
              2.)Again i have talk with Manu on 05/12/2008 at 4:30pm he told me i should call in technical dippartment at 12118, i have done it & talk with Mandeep(gprs tec. dept.), he told me GPRS not not activated on my connection & i should call in 121 cus.care after that i have talk with Rajni in your cus.care & recieved[protected]ref. no.& assured me they will resolve within 48 hours, but they have done nothing.

                Dear Sir,

                I am Abhishek Parwal user of AIRTEL Mumbai No. [protected] (Post Paid). i have been using this no. from Last 3yrs. this no. is in the name of Mr. Mithlesh Kumar who is my Friend. At the time of activation of this no. i didnt have all the required documents by them. But now i have all the documents required by them but they are not ready to transfer the no. [protected] on my name. Even Mithlesh Kumar has given me NOC for this No. as he also dont want this no. on his name.

                I am facing tough problem that i cant submit the Bill to my office for rembursement. so please do some help for me as i have send N number of emails to them (AIRTEL) but they are not ready to give fruitful answer.

                Also i approach to NODAL Officer & APPELATE Authority of AIRTEL but i didnt get any fruitful reply, so please HELP me as i dont wont to loose this OLD no. I got frusted with their Customer Care & Gallery.

                Please treat this matter as most urgent otherwise i have to surrender this Old no. which i dont want.

                I am Amit singh chahar and my air tel post paid no. is [protected], it is mumbai based no. and problem is that i am not getting any signal while i using it from home...and it shows no network...and airtel costomer care executive are so use less that i have registered my this complained to them 6-7 times but none of time they have replied back and sort out my problem...on ther hand vodafone network is very good that is why i am keeping two sim and slowly slowly i am switching over to vodaphone...it was my big mistake that i have taken airtel postpaid connection ...none of neigbour have taken airtel...all are using vodapone...air tel is reaaly worst network and u can feel how much i was suffered due to that

However, you may send the bill with an advise the oustanding after adjustment if it is there or return the deposit. My brother will make necessary payments as I am not in town.

                  automatically 15 rupees deducted from my account from balance rs 2 to negative balance rs 13.

                  its not the case of just RS 15 .its fact that company is having lakhs of connection and missusiing their accounts with these types of obligations.

                  i have already complained to customer care but no any positive response acuted.

                    Dear Customer,
                    I recently took the New airtel prepaid connection in Salem. On the same day onwards I was struggled like anything.. Because, most of the time I was not able to call anyone or receive any call. While my friends was trying many times to that number, they used to get my mobile get switched off even though it’s in ON Condition. I raised a complained through 198(Customer Care). But they closed that request without resolved. Once again i called & rasied the complained for the same reason. The Executive asked to reach nearest Airtel show room. So, I went to Airtel Showroom in salem. It’s near 4 roads. They said its a problem of SIM card. So, they ask me change the SIM card for the same number. I aggred for that, but later they are saying that they wont have any duplicate SIM with them. They directed me to another Airtel Showroom, which is opposite to Shardha College. My friend & myself went to that Airtel Office. They explained me the problem. Its basically a SIM manufacturing defect. It will not work for Sony ercisson Mobiles. It will work smoothly for Nokia. But I am using Sony ercisson for past 3 years. Then asked me to pay Rs. 150.00 for the duplicate SIM Card. Initially I asked the SIM Card free of Cost, because the mistake is from Airtel side. Then finally i agreed to pay the amount. I went & took the photo proof also. They they are saying, "they dont have the stock". Also that office is only for post-paid connection. Mine is prepaid, then they directed to another showroom. Like this I went to Six Airtel showroom, but no use in that.. No one is having the stock. I was totally disappointed on this. Then I went for new pre paid connection at last.. So, please take care while taking the number, which starts from 90033 especially for Sonyercisson mobiles.

                      I am employed with Everest Industries Limited having office at Mumbai. In or about Feb 2006, your marketing representative visited my Thane office and gave demo for the usage features of your card. While I was inquiring about the features of your card, your marketing representative obtained my signatures on some forms and obtained some documents from me for purpose of noting my name as “interested member” for filling inquiry form. Subsequently your Bank Credit Card bearing No[protected] was posted to me at my office address.

                      I say that without my using your card, your Bank sent me statement for Rs.210/-.approximately. I say that I immediately called your customer care number putting forth my grievance and called upon them to cancel my card and terminate services with immediate effect. I also called upon them to sent me letter for “No claim”, to which they showed their inability and stated that same is granted only in case where there is any dispute above Rs.1000/-, however they assured me that card is cancelled and services are terminated. I say that subsequent thereof, I have not received any statement from your bank till date.

                      I say that from last about 15 days, I am receiving sms from your bank for payment of Rs.4570/- towards aforesaid credit card pending bills. I had never imagine of such conduct from Big Banking Corporation like yours. I say that without usage of your services, how can I be made and forced to pay charges levied by you. I put forth my grievances with your customer care at Ram Maruti Rd branch, Thane who showed their inability to locate my bills and pending dues. They were also unable to provide me any Bank statement though I was ready and willing to bear the cost for same. I say that I also spoke to Mr.66667070 of your Bank collection centre at Mumbai,[protected] who responded to me rudely as if I am bring defaulter / criminal. I say that thereafter I spoke to your Delhi Recovery Cell at Telephone No[protected]/45023968 with Mr.Basant, who was also not able to resolve to my problem or provide me statisfactory reply.

                      The said act of your to grab heavy & exorbitant amount from me for no fault of mine speaks of your volumes and attitudes to procure money by adhering to illegal means & making trap for the innocent customers like me.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have approached Airtel customer care through several means /channels over the last 3 months and have no response from either the service centers or customer care.
                        I have also written to the nodal officer and appellate authority, but am yet to recv any response after almost a month now !

                        I hold an Airtel landline connection in Gurgaon for over 6 years now and of late have noticed an extremly high bill amount, but due to lack of time and non avaialabilty of an itemised bill could not take it forward.

                        In Oct'08, I was approached by one Mr Rohit Sud who claimed to be an employee of Airtel and he complained that he was getting calls from my Centrx # o his landline.
                        He got the problem rectified, i.e blocked outcalling from the Centrx #.
                        Post his complaint I asked for an itemized bill and was promptly sent one with an charge of Rs 50 /, to my HORROR, I found that 99% of the local calls charged were to a particular mobile #, wherein I had no contact with this number.
                        Post which I asked for an investigation, since calls had been made over a long period of time to this number at odd hours and on days, when my entire family was out of station !

                        After having called customer care, giving a written complaint at Galleria service center and post that writing to nodal officer and appellate officer (tried to call them, the # is always engaged ...!!!) I have no response, no investigation, no noe is willing listen to me and month on month, since I do not know when they have been charging me for calls never made ...

                        I have been advised to keep my phone locked for future misuse, which in my situation is not possible for local calls as I have young children at home who may need to call me in an emergency ...so what am I supposed to do ...as there is no relief from the harassement of these so called service providers .

                        I request my case be taken up at the earliest and an investigation is initiated and I be provided a reversal for these calls which have been made from my landline's misuse.

                            I have receieved another bill amounting to Rupees 8914.00!!!.

                            I have the bill with me and I fail to understand why are you guys hell bent
                            on ripping me off despite me cutting down on my download and also changing
                            my plan to home 999 plus effective November.

                            This is my proposition for you to allow me to continue your service :

                            I have paid 2500 rupess already this month in an courteous intention to
                            clear the last months balance. I am planning to pay the new plan charges of
                            999 plus service charge and also the balance amount of 800 rupees which
                            remains as a left over from the previous bill. So I am intending to pay
                            rupees 1922 to clear all my dues. Be advised I will not be paying a penny
                            extra.

                            If the above is not actioned upon then I do not want to use your services
                            and consider this is as a notice to withdraw your services asap.

                            I insist on getting in touch with an ombudsmen to resolve this as per my
                            demands as a consumer keeping in mind that I have not at all defaulted on
                            paying you guys on time.

                            I am extremely disappointed with your service and I have all the reasons to
                            believe that your service is not up to Indian standards leave coming close
                            to international standards. It is hard for me to understand that when a
                            diligent paying customer requests your company representative(Ravi) to come
                            and pick up a payment( I had called on the 10th of Nov an dhad also sent an
                            email the details of which are enclosed in th email below). I fail to
                            understand your apathy towards ensuring the payment is collected on time so
                            I DO NOT GO PAST DUE.

                            I spoke again today with your representative Sadiq who is assigned
                            to Supervisor ASMA who did not give me his employee information and said
                            that he does not see any notes that were made here regarding a payment pick
                            up. I guess if you guys are not interested in getting payment good for me.

                                  Hi,

                                  I had the Corporate Number[protected] with you. A few months back I called up 121 and asked for Disconnection of the same as my alternate Airtel number [protected] is enough for me and I no longer needed a second line.

                                  However, during my first call, the call center staff told me that there is no one from the Retention Team available and they have arranged a call-back. However I did not receive any call from your retention team.
                                  I called back a second time and this time too the story was the same - "No one is available from the Retention Team. We have again requested for a call back."

                                  I called again a third time after about 7 days and got the same response. In the meantime my monthly bill was generated and I was asked to pay the same. This included only rentals as I had already stopped using the number [protected] from the day of my first call to 121.

                                  Now I am being repeatedly called (from your staff in Pune & Gurgaon) and asked to clear the bill which I am not willing to pay. The outstanding on my account is purely rentals that have been charged due to delays and negligence from your side. I will not be paying this amount.

                                  Request you to take this up and let me know in case you need any further information from my side.

                                    I bought a new Sony Ericsson mobile K530i 3 days back. I checked its working with my dad's airtel sim, and it worked well. 2 days ago, I bought my own sim from Airtel. It was activated all fine, but when I returned home, I found that it did not receive a tower. I waited for a day just to make sure, and it showed "Emergency Calls only" at some times, and "No network connections" at other times. Other airtel mobiles at my home were working just fine. I thought it must be a problem with my mobile, and even had it replaced. But still had the problem.

                                    I tried calling 121 but I didn't get the line. Today I went to Airtel Customer Care where they made a call to 121, and I stated my complaint, and they said that I needed to buy a duplicate sim costing 250. I protested that I hadn't even started using the mobile. They said they'd check it up and hung. Today, I changed my sim to an old nokia phone, and it worked ok, when I received a call from Airtel for address verification. I stated my problem when they were done, and they say they've been receiving calls about it for 4 months. She said the newer sims had this problem of not working with sony ericsson mobiles.

                                    I can't believe that there is a compatibility problem between such big companies in the country. I hope airtel takes care of this issue, and solves this real fast or they'd be losing a lot of customers who actually trust Airtel.

                                    I too have this issue. Not sure it can be solved by changing SIM. I have w880i, kya kare!!
                                    Same here. I bought a Airtel SIM but the same problem of "Emergency calls Only". Requesting Airtel Tech guys to solve this issue and stop harrassing (Rs250 for a new sim). I cant believe this this phone is with me since 3 years on a bsnl sim without any problems. How come now?
                                    I am facing the same issue as stated above. My Sony erricsson works with RelianceGSM SIM, Vodafone SIM but not with Airtel SIM. I see Emergency calls only when i use airtel. Please help me in resolving this.

                                      I want to inform you that i am getting lots of debits on my monthly airtel bill.
                                      1. From ur dept i have received a call for disc. of Rs. 200/- for local calls for 3months but i have not received any information that you will charge Rs. 166.67 (which you have already done in my nov08's bill)
                                      2. I am getting jokes on daily basis from 58888 no.
                                      3. you have charged Rs. 25 for friends chat services.
                                      4. i am getting msgs from[protected] for gupshup free group sms
                                      5. i ma getting debit of Rs. 1/- on daily basis from 64611007no

                                      i just want to confirm that for above mentioned services i never ever asked and apart from that i want to reqest you that plz close all kind of services for my no ie.
