[Resolved] Bharti Airtel Services Limited — fixed line and broadband | |
DEAR SIR, I live in Delhi.I Subscribed to broadband connection on 20/7/09 in 85 Jatwara Pulmithai Delhi 06 with name Bala Jagar we fill all the requirement and the forum and give a check of rs.1500 to bharti airtel limited for wifi kit.they offered us to put wiring in 48 hours but today is 30/7/09 and there is nothing done yet .they wire men come and said our wiring cannot done because if the wire break by rain they have to come again and again but the officer rakesh kumar ([protected]) said that it fine you will have connection because your house is near 150 meter from the box.then nothing happen for 5 days then we call the off icer again again about the this issue, sometimes it phone is busy or out of coverage area he said that he will reply but no one reply back to us.on Sunday the officer ramesh ([protected]) come and said that we would put a box in your locality as your house is far from our box but then i told him that your rakesh kumar ([protected]) told that every thing is fine .he said we would put a box in your locality only if we get more than one demand we told him we will try .then my neighbor also demand for the connection on 27/7/09 and fill the forum but also none reply to this yet then the officer ramesh told that we need more than 2 connection then i also ask my another 2 neighbor he also want the broadband i rang the officer ramesh ([protected]) and give him detain .sir please solve our problem i am full of stress and frustrated with your employs behavior .sir please give the connection green chit i waste my mobile balance like water on your employs as i have to call again and again.my mobile no. is [protected] give m e the reply about this . i want be the costumer of airtel service . i am living in south delhi houz khas village my problem is networking problem i am facing this problem since jan---09 i have made many complain against it but problem never solved from airtel.as we are your old customer we are using five no from airtel and no are, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. this is my last call to repair this problem otherwise we are thinking to change our service provider and we mean it.
i hope this time you people will take it seriously and try to solve this problem as soon as possible . as your customer care beeing so rode to us they disconnect our services when we complain twice so we are in hope to positive result.

I had approached for Airtel Internet connection for my residence @ Kolathur. One gentleman Mr. BSW Imran ( Sr. Officer-Sales - Mob No: [protected]) came on 07.07.2009 and had discussion. I had opted for Rs.899.00 unlimited package, filled the form ( Form No: SEF No": CH-863945) and given Cheque for Rs. 1000.00 ( ICICI Bank Chq No:600254 Dtd:07.07.2009) He had comitted to give Installation on 4 working days. Later within a hour he called again, that his engineer in on mu area for survey, we had a conference call, the engineer went and enquired, wife of my landlord. All went quite right. Then agains Mr. Imran called and told he had some more connections in that area, so requested for another 4 days I told him I need before 15 of this month, he promised he will do that. On 11 one person came and give cable connection. Thats all. Till today no response from anyboby, whenver I call Imran he said he is in a meeting. On Wednesday I contacted him he said it is not fesibale to give connection now, just wait for one day, almost that day was also over. Now you please advice me what to do. This is your support and response, I was really unhappy and frustrated, because order taken cheque deposited and credited and no response for Airtel. Is this the way you do businesss. Please atleast return my cheque, I dont think that I will be supported well with Airtel, l even if I get connection ( when ) of Internet. I hope and beleive and you will try and sort out the issue and help me.
