Post paid connection not activated

Airtel is providing postpaid connection for corporates.On April 2nd week One guy who had Air tel tags of this mobile number [protected] came to office on my request with aiirtel and he collected 3 photos, pan card, passport copy, After that he told my existing number will get changed to postpaid onlyt after verification.he has given a kit i thatr he told by may 4th things will be ok and he took 300 rupeees from me.

vsnl not working in airtel postpaid connection

I am having Airtel post paid connection with data and fax service facility

MyAirtel post paid number is working properly with Vsnl Dialup number 172226 in chennai but my airtel post paid connection is not working with Vsnl dialup number 172226 is in Maharashtra

Error Displaying: PHONE NUMBER NOT VALID

Vsnl number 172226 is enabled all over India but your Airtel network is not supporting in Maharashtra...

unwanted subscription from 290603

I have not subscribed for the "Thoughts for the day" fro 290603. Still I have started getting daily messages with the topic from the number. No response so far from Airtel. Please get the number 290603 blocked. I do not want to see any messages from the number. Besides this a refund of all the charges which have been debited by Airtel....

plan not changed..

i'm a retailer..my plan was changed to lifetime..i reported this to my dealer, he said that in our area all retailer sim was changed to lifetime.and also he said that i report this problem to his superior..still after 3 months my problem is not rectified.rectify my complaint as soon as possible..(ALL RETAILER SIM WAS CHANGED TO A- A 10P A-O 50P) but mine not changed......

Dialer tone Deactivation

i have two airtel lines one is post paid and other one prepaid, for the post paid i activated the Dialer tone when i try to disable the caller tone i was not able to disable it. it asks me to follow the instruction whatever the way i do i was not able to deactivate the caller when i call the customer support they are giving the same option thro IVR to deavtivate the caller tone which 100% use less.. when i said her i did it already...

my self dinesh kumar from churu rajasthan. i am sub. your moboffice service for connect to my PC internet. but im not able to connect it when i connect it open page with PAGE CAN NOT DISPLAY and sorver not suported. so if your compny not able to provide a fair service you bound this recharg. im 15 dayes befour sub.this service and so many times calles to custermer service. but my probleme not solve.

deactivate VAS thought for the day

Iam a subsciber of airtel prepaid . From the 13th june 2009 onwards Rs 3 is deducted every day from my prepaid account towards THOUGHT FOR THE DAY as vas . but i have never asked for this service, A complaint wae already registered at POOJA TELECOM. Charges for VAS to which I have not Subscribed

We have 2 Airtel prepaid connections. We had NOT subscribed to any VAS services on these numbers. A week ago we started getting 'Though for the Day' SMS messages and each one was charged at Rs 3.

I talked to 121 operator and as advised (with a lot of misleading stuff) to send an SMS to 52206 with a text UNS, assuring this will unsubscribe all such services - I did this for both numbers.

I would like to draw your attention regarding the fraud call which came to my airtel number. It was from Dubai and they said they are from international office of AIRTEL. irresposible customer Care

I have been several times to Airtel Customer Care at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Road, Kolkata. They never give good services. Always keep the customer waiting giving excuses such as their computer not working or they are busy in some accounting works. It happens for several times.
