Can you please tell me the exact location of koryo care centre in Jalandhar, Punjab? We'd bought Koryo Comapny rice cooker from Big Bazaar, Viva Collage, Jalandhar. After using for three nights, it was not working. We went to big bazaar and exchanged for the brand new one, but it was not last long, it last for only half and hour, i.e.was not working at the very night itself. Again, we exchanged it, for the 2nd time but as always, not working for the 3rd time and did not even last for half an hour again. So, right now, we are waiting for exchange, but we are scared that same problem might happened again. We always used this company rice cooker, even all of our friends, we liked it. But after this incident, our trust of your company is decreasing. So can you please tell me the reason or solve my problem?

I had purchased a koryo make chopper from Big Bazar on 17.11.2012. The chopper was out of order within a month. It has been handed over to the company authorized service centre at Ranchi on 13.2.2013. Several times I enquired about its repairing status. Till now they were telling that they require to procure the parts from Mumbai; therefore it is taking time. Today only they informed that repairing is not possible.
My simple question to Big Bazar authority why they sell the product of such company who is not having good after sales services. Similarly, my question to the Koryo company is why are the not able to provide after sale service at Ranchi ?
My receipt No from the authorized cervice centre is 3566 dated 13.2.2013

Purchased Koryo mixer / grinder, i was assured from big bazar guys this is the best one, they have service centre all over in delhi. They provided me with toll free number .
My mixer is not working now, there toll - free number is always busy, if you take number from internet of any other service centre they do not respond.

I bought a ctv of Koryo from Big Bazaar TGIP mall, Noida a week back. still no one came to fit it on the wall. At the time of selling the big bazaar guys talked big now no one is taking call and now we know that the brand is a utter fraud. NEVER BUY KORYO. All of them are fraud.
