Dear Sir/Ma’am,

• At your Ishanya hometown showroom we were lured to a discounted sofaset which was displayed at 64.28% discount (140000 sofa available for 49999). The sofaset is soiled and a little defective, only to find that the same was available for 42000 elsewhere.
• When we were billed for the amount the sales person did not mention anything about the return policy saying only “aapko pakka lenaa hai naa” . I was given a receipt which was stamped no return/no exchange but I had no chance to say no to the same since I came to know about the same only after it was given to me. He also claims that he has taken a signed note from me but I do not remember signing anything with a note on it.
• We were also adviced to use future card to get a 5% discount. So in the light of same I thought of buying the sofa at a loss only to find that the same was kept in display area without the note sold and was continuously used (passers by, staff) making it more soiled.
• We asked that if the advance cannot be refunded can the ‘credit notes’ be issued but customer service did not agree.


Please could the credit notes be issued for the same. If not please could the future card money be refunded in exchange of original amount I can bargain for a lesser amount i.e. give you 10% more and you may earn more money because I cannot imagine to go to a future group company anymore so it is more of a burden for me and the incident is nothing like ‘Issay achchaa aur sastaa kaheen nahee’

we had taken a laptop from ezone 15th may as tld by d sales man that if we buy today we wud get 145 points as epass book n we wud get digi cam or the video cam on payment of certain amount so we purchased the laptop after we got the epass book no. as Dr. Manoj N Pandya we wonder every where form home town to big bazar but we did not get it as there wasnt any stock at last we gave request to home town at vikorli bombay last sunday and they took our request without any pormising and recipted till today we have phoned everyday but still the there is no reponse form them.Tomorow is the last day we hav got the phone records now what we should do we feel cheated please give a feed back to my email id

    I bought a METAL COT from BIG BAZAAR banashankari 3rd stage, bangalore. Just after few days all the THREE legs, which are supporting leg broke. Next day i complaint about it in BIG BAZAAR, they said, it will be done within 2 days. after a week i went again and complaint about the same again. They said, it will be done withing a week. Now its been 9 months, i complaint about 5 or more times, those sales person even recognizes my face, so as i enter into the BIG BAZAR, those guys start hiding. It's really ridiculous. It is such a big brand, FUTURE GROUPS, and services are really frustrating. And when now i am tired, and doing this. I want you guys to help me. My Cot is still in warranty period. i want the action should be taken as fast as possible.

      I hav erecently purchsed few items from BIG Bazar at taranaka hyderbad,

      I could find that the bills showing Discount and net amount seperately, Then there is an attractive offer of Two Slice 1.2l. That will be incluidede in the price.If not included the discount 5.44 vanishes.It is a clever retail gimmick and please try to get rid of this BIGBAZAR ChEATINGS.

      I have similar Experience about Big Bazar. If you notice carefully they have lot of offers on Display. But when itz time for billing you would notice that offers which are displayed are not reflecting in your bill. For E.g. if Rice is shown as Rs. 300 for say 10 kgs when you actually see the bill closely it will show Rs. 350. So you end up paying usual price with no discounts. Also there are free things now-a-days on lots of commodities. E.g. I bought Mortein and you get 1 pencil cell free with that. Free commodities are not given there itself. Once you pay the bill you have to take the bill to free commodities section and they will check the bill and give you this free commodities. I have noticed that i never got these free things. Till the time i closely checked the bill and things which i purchased.

      I would suggest people be extra careful while buying things from Big Bazzar. Also check expiry dates of Ice Creams as i have noticed lot of expired products lieing on shelf for sale...

        This is to inform you that today i have purchase a Dhara Sunflower Oil 5ltrs with MRP of Rs.355/- (Karnataka) and Rs.380/-( Rest of India) but this people have charged me Rs. 405/- which is Rs 25/- higher price compare to MRP of Rs 380/- with Product Number EAN[protected] Batch No: H5S03 Packed in the month of MARCH 2009 with the bill No :T3/35496 on 06/02/09 at 11:59:08 then i called this people on[protected] at 1:51 Pm on 06/02/09 and informed the case which was not rectified in the same call then after 4 Minuets i received a call from [protected] and the caller said that is IT's mistake and you can come and collect the amount in cash how is it possible when i have paid you people through my Wife Preethi Chowhan's Axis Bank Debit Card. BIG BAZAAR JAIPUR. SO PLEASE HELP ME IN REGARD TO THIS for a legal action against BIG BAZAAR (PANTALOON RETAIL (I) LTD 22 Godam Circle Store.

        Hello sir,
        Myself Dinesh Chand Jain wants to aware you that in your super market named Big Bazzar, udaipur had done fraud to me. We have purchased jeans from ladies sections which was placed under the discount section but it was not in the discount section and the boy standing over there was also not telling us about that item. This created a problem to me and your staff was also not aware of it, that the item we have purchased was in discount or not. This is what you having a hell staff in Big Bazzar, I am not satisfied with your staff and with your items, and I will tell everyone that never ever purchase anything from Big Bazzar because this supermarket is fraud.

          I have the same response from Home Town - Pune. I was purchasing the product through ICICI Credit card on EMI installment and sale representative told me that future group have finance scheme at 3% only instead of you taking at 7 % from bank.
          We agree to buy the product on finance from Future group on finance and then the sale representative ( Non Finance person ) start asking too many personal question ( salary, bank account, owned car, owned house etc ) and took the conversation into a negative direction. After repeatedly asking to get in touch with the finance representative, he explain me that he has the exposure of finance and worked in this field with Future Group - Home town which wasn't the case !
          I felt offened with such a poor customer attendence from Home Town and decided not to purchase any futher products from Home Town - pune .
          Also, I have launch a complain to Mr. Atul Angle - Head Home town, told him to take necessary action on the same.

          I am from finance line, running a franchise of a Big Pvt Bank for last 6 years. I think the question asked by executive was right. Regarding Salary- this decides what EMI you can afford and available income after deducting other emis. Regading Bank A/c- Some bank might have tieup with HOME TOWN for better offer. Owned Car and Owned House states your stablity. Suppose they have financed some person which is on rented accomodation and after getting finance he shiftes to another city how they will recover the money. These are normal question.

            I made the big mistake of ordering a centre table and a bed from home town, punjagutta hyd. 2 Weeks have passed, the bed has not arrived and a defective piece of centre table was delivered which they could not assemble. Repeated complaints to Customer care, managers at all levels has fallen on deaf ears.Hope others learn from my experience.

            i had a similar experience.bought a dining table and a tv trolley.not only service but quality is also substndard.
            the staff is non courteous and have no manners.the dining table has a chair cracking at the same place for the second time in 6 months.despite repeated complaints no one cwould come to replace or repair the same.i had to go the outlet and fight to get the problem solved but only to report the same problem within a month.the tv trolley was defective and the wheels broke the moment i placed my lcd tv on it.they replaced the wheels only to see that the net set broke the next time.
            this is the worst experience i have ever faced .the store manager mr.ARUN said he would replace the whole set today[protected]after 8 call to the store butn have not responded as yet (5:30pm).I think i have to take the dining table myself to the store and get the refund.

            This is to inform you all that I have placed an order for Kitchen cabinet in the month of August 2009 and till date the work has not yet completed. But whereas it was promised to me when I placed an order that it will be completed within 45 days, now almost 90 days have gone and there is no proper response from Home Town management.

            Most of the work they have completed except that they have not provided with cupboard doors. When asked about it they said that we have to wait for some other customers to order the same design and once they get that order then only they can bring our doors. I really don't understand what sort of service we are talking about and why we should wait for other people to place an order, how we are related with it. If they don't get any order of the same pattern then what will happen to our problem, how they will solve it, and will they solve it. I am really irritated and feel that why I have gone to Home Town on that fateful day when I placed an order.

            I also purchased Wardrobe in Home Town on 06-Feb-10, Panjagutta-HYD. While installing Home town worker the glass was broken. I am daily following up for replacement of glass but still not at replaced. This is very ridiculous. They don't know how to satisfy the customer to purchase a next product. I am in plan to purchase further items for my new home, now I changed my mind because this worst service never seen in my life.

            My name is Gopi and had the worest experience with Home town. We bought allmost evrything from home town. The services are very bad and when we call they do not respond properly. I am still waiting to get my Modular kitchen to be installed. We are waiting since 3 days. They said they will come every day. Now I have suspecious that if they instal also I do not know how many issues I will have to face. I would really like to speak to owner of home town to see they improve the quality of service. My recomendation is they staff are not qualified enogh to provide quality service. Any business man should not forget to take care of customers. Customers are gods for their business to succeed. These are my bad experiences with Home Town and hope they improve. All the very best.
            I made the big mistake of buying a sofa set from Home Town, Punjagutta Hyderabad in Dec 2009. I was delivered a defective piece and I immediately complained to the call centre and wrote my comments on th delivery challan. One Mr. Prakash from the store told me that they will replace the sofa set in a month as they dont have stock. 2-3 months passed with the same excuse and one fine day his phone was switched off forever! Then I started coordinating with Mr. Vishwanath who dilly-dallied the issue and finally said we dont deal with the concerned vendor anymore! Then I coordinated with Mr. Dharmesh and Mr. Umamahesh who keep giving one excuse or the other. Its been over 10 months since i bought the sofa set and i am still running around for the replacement! This is very ridiculous. Please look into the matter and replace my sofa immediately. PASHA.
            I am also a sufferer of i-Collection branch of Home town at City Center. This people had fixed a imported modular kitchen which was very poor in quality. Even though they charged us very expensive and promised quality. This has been regular issue for which we call them every quater almost. But now they have closed the shop without informing there current customer base. This has been very strange how one can just vanish like this without any information to their customer. They should have send email or letter to their customer. This shop is closed now in City Center and no wonder why ...

            I bought a vanity and after repeated follow-ups received with a broken wash basin. I sincerely suggest everyone to stay away from home town as much as possible.
            We recently hired their Kitchen design services from home town, hyderabad and were shocked with the photos sent to us suppose to be after their designers have spent hours designing those master pieces.

            They took measurements and specifications, but did not bother to look into them while sending us the details.

            I guess they pulled out couple of photos from internet and sent us that too after repeated calls.

            It is a service meant to make money from people who believe that brands provide better services.

            hi my name is kanth.i booked an office table on 04.06.11 and paid advance.they said they will deliver before 18.06.11.but when i try to call them today nobody is picking up the call.im so irritated coz of these hometown [censored]s.i dont know wht the hell is wrong with them.home town sucks!
            I am simply irritated and annoyed I am with home town hyderabad store. I have been buying stuff from different stores of pantaloon but now it is all over. I bought a chair from home town on 31st january 2012 and was promised that it will be delivered on 2nd february but since these people are so great in their operational efficiencies that the delivery was further delayed and I got the chair on 5 february. Next i was promised that that by 6th of february the chair will be assembled at my residence but again as i said they are so very exccelent in their operations and they make their customers so happy all the times that till today that is the 8th of february I have no clue if ever my chair will be assembled or not. The salesmen (srinivas and rakesh) who sold the chair have kept their phones off, so in short they are not helping. another person called balaji promised me yesterday that today the chair will be fixed, but he is also on leave today. So in short there is no one to help me out. I have a feeling that these people are a bunch of frauds and cheaters and all they do is take money from customers by cheating them. they have zero level of service delivery. they happen to be one of the worst retailers i have ever come across. and I am not saying this just because of this one particular incident. I have similar painful incidents at Hyderabad Central too. I swear that I will never ever even look at any of the pantaloon retail stores nor advise any of my acquaintances to do so. my bill number is T80/1585. SHAME ON HOME TOWN.

              Hi,
              I bought a aster bed on 10.05.2009 in Home Solutions Retail India Ltd. The bed was delivered and while fitting we found that its stripes were broken and clamps on the legs of the bed are missing. Even after repeat requests no one turned up to replace that and we are unable to use the bed. Its big harassment and time wastage to call them everyday without any use.
              In help to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

                Last year I purchased a DreamLine Mattress from the Big Bazaar Outlet at Banshankari, Bangalore, Karnataka. Cash Memo T39/11758, DT 30/03/2008.

                When I purchased the product I was given 1 year warrantee of product. After 6 - 7 months o[censored]se, I started getting backache almost everyday. It took me sometime to realize that it was due to the Mattress sagging.

                I would believe a Mattress should last at least 3 -4 years but given that it has already sagged means that it is of poor quality.

                20 days back when I went to Big Bazaar, Banshankari to register my complaint for this, the Furniture Dept Manager Mr. Pradeep told me that they cannot help me as its only 15 days left for the warranty to expire. My question to him was that there were still 15 days left, and the warranty should be valid till the last day 30/04/2009. Moreover, when I asked him to forward my complaint to the manufacturer, he refused saying he cannot forward the complaint. Ideally the Manufacturer should take the ownership of a faulty product. We had a long argument exchange over it and since he was not willing to listen or help us, we decided to contact the Customer Support of the store. Here we got in touch with Mr. Sandeep. He listened to us and promised to get in touch with the Higher Managers to get the issue resolved. For next 2-3 days I kept on following him up but he only told me that he would call me back in 10 min but never did. Ultimately one day when I persisted he offered me to speak to the Furniture manager Mr. Pradeep again. When I refused and asked him that he had promised to speak to Higher Managers, he said he has already spoken to them and they also cannot help me. I did not agree to this and asked him to connect me to the Store Manager. I got a excuse that the Manager is not in office and I can call the store tomorrow to speak to him. Since then, I am trying to reach Mr. Bharath. Every single day, I call up the Banshankari store and ask to speak to Mr. Bharath but I am given reasons like "he is not in store", "he is out to attend meeting".
                In fact, the employees fear to connect me to Mr Bharath. Wonder how he behaves with his subordinates!

                I am really frustrated with all this. It seems to me that Big Bazaar is only interested in selling products and its least bothered about Customer Satisfaction.

                A warranty for any product should be and is valid till the last day and there cannot be any exceptions to it. I guess the Managers don’t understand this.

                Mr. Kishore Biyani, with such poor response to Customer Grievances, you dream to make your company WalMart of India!

                I think your warranty might have expired by now. I can understand your frustration.
                There is no one to help you out in India :-) I guess you understand this hard fact.

                So, the solution here is, call ur Pradeep or Bharat or any other employees and tell them
                that if nothing is done then you do not hesitate to get Pradeep's or Bharst's hand or leg broken.

                At least you feel happy thata you took a great revenge !!

                  I bought a compaq laptop from Big bazaar Electronics Division. They have a quick service in selling a product. However, I am really disappointed with their poor after sales service. I was told that Big Bazaar they will provide free onsite technical service for a period of one year starting from teh date of purchase of product. They provided me a number which is actually not reachable and also the number of their electroincs division is never picked up. They do not have a permanent technical services cell operational for electroinc products as well.

                    Hi,

                    I have ordered a washing machine two months back in bangalore, marathalli homwtown branch. First they promise it will be delivered in 7 days but even after 20 days it was not delivered.

                    Then people from hometown told me they will refund it in 15 days. but till now there is no refund and no body is updating me.

                    I am calling them regularly, but people are so irresponsible they are not talking to me properly and still not sure when i will get my money back. No body is sure about Refund.

                    Now i dont want any delivery just I want refund and also i want to know what else can be done in such

                    irresposible behavior of big shopping malls.

                    Can some help me??

                    What else I can do in such case.

                      I have bought 3 items from Furniture Bazaar on 3rd May 2009 at R-City Mall at Ghatkopar – Mumbai.

                      Dining Table
                      Eucalyptus Table
                      Corner Stand

                      (Cash Memo No. 433)

                      We had asked the delivery time for these goods as this Saturday (9th May 2009), which was agreed and documented in the order register at the store.

                      Since then we have been following up and called at least 50 times (if not more) to various contacts at the store (Ms. Nanda), and at the warehouse (Ms. Kavita), but no one seems to have a clue what the other person is saying.

                      We as a customer feel extremely deceived that after paying a sum of INR 12, 300/- even after 10 days, we are still clueless if our order is live or not.

                      Big Bazer Hiland Prk — No delivery of purchased item

                      Title : Delay and no responce from retailer

                      Complaint : i have purchase a wrought iron bed, product name "Proton bed", with matress from Big Bazar, Hyland Park, Kolkata-3 on 25/01/2009. Bill No: T44/101 for a amount of Rs. 5698. They comitted to deliver it to residencial adress within 15 days from the date of purchase. but it was not delivered. after 22 days from purchase i called them on [protected]. they told due to damge of product, new bed will be delivered within 1st sunday of March. But that was also past after that i am call again but they have given several dates(like 10/03/2009 5 pm to 10 pm, 11/03/2009 morning, 12/03/2009 holeday, 14/03/2009 morning before 8 am) of delivery, but all in vain. Till now (14/03/2009) i have not got my item.

                      Even they are not sorry for that even no one contact me for resone for not delivery. I am very frausted and such a big retailer are very bad managment they are not concern of their customer . please do somthing .

                      I bought an Impiana bedroom set from Big Bazar, Highland Park, Kolkata on 16th June, 2009(order
                      No T37/50303 dated 16.06.2009). They delivered the goods on 20th June, 2009 and after repeated requests, came to set up the furniture on 25th June, 2009. However, we discovered that one of the wardrobe piece is damaged and one of drawers of dreseer table is faulty. As a result neither the wardrobe nor the dresser table is usable! Since then we are repeatedly following up by phone to the big bazar shop and to their email id [protected]@pantaloon.com, but till now we have not got the defective furnitures rectified! neither did we receive any response through the email id.
                      Not sure if at all any bigbazaar personnel will look into this...but, please, can somebody help us in this regard?

                      Finally got everything setteled. Thanks to BB people.
                      i had purchased a wardrobe, dressing table and other table all worth
                      more than 25 K a month bck from furniture bazar at mumbai centra
                      orchid city centre. The delivered piece of wardrobe was faulty (one
                      door was not proper). After repeated followup a replacement came 2
                      weeks back which again turned out to be faulty. Mr Apoorva & Co
                      promised to replace the same latest by 21 Aug 09 and its disappointing
                      to note that the same has not been replaced till date.

                      Its disgusting to note that
                      i. Your team has no understanding of customer service, timeliness and
                      this indefinite delay is literally a harassment to us
                      ii. This has resulted in wastage time, resource and has created deep
                      mental agony with no tinch of seriousness from your end
                      iii. This has further caused loss to time value of money as iam not
                      able to use the product for which i shelled out more than 14K for more
                      than a month. I hope, iam not running a charity to give you money at
                      no service for one month period.

                      In view of above, i would be taking your case to legal forum unless
                      not heard/compensated properly.
                      With deep anguish and disgusting note i would say that this is not
                      good for a company of your stature. Its not in good taste for your
                      company to fail to attend to this case suitably till date.

                      In Big Bazaar Vizag, when I wanted to pay 50 paisa coins they are not ready to accept it. 50 paisa coins according to reserve bank of India are still in vogue, then why in the cash counter they refused to accept it. I hope the concerned authorities will take care of this matter so that the next time it's repeatation doesn't happen.

                        AC not in working condition from first day

                        I have purchased AC on 1st May 2009 and yet not started. They were not able to deliver. The fitting charges told were lesser than what they charged. The exhaust of AC was of another model and had to replace. Now after all connection when we switched on its not working. Its really a harrasment. I had also purchased cooler with AC that also had to replace on very first day...

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        This is to bring to your notice that I, Manish Ojha bought an Onida Microwave and Bajaj Food Processor on 9th March 2009 from HomeTown, Yerwada, Pune. The executives at Home Town assured me for a demo on next week-end as none of my family members is at home on weekdays. We called the Hometown reception at[protected]. They gave us the contact number of Mr Mohanty - [protected]. Mr Mohanty assured us to that he will call us within 15 mins but he never turned up. After a week or two, We went to Home town(warje to Home Town is around 25 kms) and told the representatives (Mr tiwari) there that now we are fed up of the post sales services and we do not want these products any more as there is a limit of patience. We had a heated arguement but they did not co-operate with us. Lastly loosing all our hopes, we sent a mail to [protected]@ishanya.com, [protected]@onida.com and then we got a call from Home town for demo session. I told them very clearly that its been a a month and a half now and I do not want the products, but all in vain.
                        We as customers have wasted a lot of efforts(Time, phone calls and Money in terms of buying the products and going back to Home Town), but did nt get a bare minimum service which every customer deserves that too from such a leading companies like ONIDA and BAJAJ. If these kinds of services keep on going, it will lead to high level of customer dissatisfaction.

                          I bought a Cherry coloured Study Table (with sliding glass doors) on May 2 from Big Bazaar Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. When Inder (their product installer) came and tried to install there was a problem with some "carpentry locks" due to which the top half of the table can topple over. Despite speaking to Manish Jain (Furniture section Manager) and explaining in detail the issue, it yet remains unresolved. I had bought the study table to my 10 yr old son. The table is as yet unusable. Some one needs to wake up and get this solved.

                          On 19/12/2009 i have booked for a samsung washing machine model number WA 82 VGL article code[protected] for rupees eleven thousand nine hundred and ninety (Rs.11990/-)They have not even given original bill for the payment instead they have given the delivery receipt bearing number 2204.when ever v went for enquiry they will say that the load will come withn in two days .On 19/01/2010 after a gap of one month the sales man in the counter says that the company stopped the particular model u come in the morning and v will refund the amount.v never and never expect such behaviour from the Big bazar.Really it is a Big cheating Bazar.

                            This is to inform you that the product (Proton MS Lc Gd, Black- Code[protected], Advance Receipt No.[protected] & Buyer Consignee # [protected] ) was ordered on 24/4/09 & they promised to deliver before 5 day's, when i called up on the 5th day i'e on 29/4/09 they said it will be delivered on 30/4/09 before noon but no and on the 6th day a person calling up saying it cannot be delivered on 30th OR 1st of may it will be delivered only on Monday 4/5/09 But ????????????? not hundred persent & the next point is a cot without the PLYWOOD one person says there is Plywood & the other say's this cot comes without PLY WOOD who is correct & I have seen, conformed in the out side market they provide the cot with the PLYWOOD,

                            ( I dont want to shop with Big Bazaar any more I want to cancel the order placed )

                              These guys are big time frauds. They lie to you straight on your face. I had ordered a bed from Big Bazaar on Old Madras Road in Feb 20 and it is Apr 7, I have not got it. It was supposed to be delivered Mar 11 but I heard nothing. When I called, I hear a lot of lies. The first week the truck was on its way from Bhiwandi or wherever the hell their furniture comes from. The next week, the bed was ready and will be despatched the next day and will be delivered next week. Again nothing. I called the customer service manager Anil who promised me it would be delivered next week later. He said he was giving his word blah blah that it would be delivered. Guess what nothing comes & our true Indian bhai does'nt even have the b**s to call me. He assigns it to a girl who calls up and asks if I got delivery of the bed. Are'nt you supposed to know if your order has been delivered? When I answer in the negative, guess what she says It will be delivered next week. Big Bazaar, this was my first purchase and it will be the first and last. I guess this wont be the first also, as I plan to show up at BB and get my refund. Apparently they will not return the money for all the delay but will only give a credit note. BB is supposed to be biggest retailer in India, well they will not be very soon. In summary, I will have a credit note with which I'm supposed to buy other items in BB, no bed yet, spend another tidy sum for a bed from another furniture shop. All thanks to Big Bazaar.

I have called to Big Bazar and asked them about the same but they refused to do anything saying that why we have not get the AC's installed from their engineers. What my question is its my personal lookout that from whom I want to get it installed. Where ever I'm finding suitable and lower price I will go with them. And why should I take their service where I have my own engineers? The thing is that the AC itself is faulty. They have supplied us faulty AC and it's their duty to give me perfect AC. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  Hi,
                                  I don't know whether you will read this mail or fool me as all of your staff is doing for past 1 week. I had booked a sofa and center table on 28th March challan no: [protected] from Hometown Pune worth 55, 000. I was told that it will be delivered on 8th April. However, I got call on 4th that centre table has failed a quality test so it will be now delivered on 20th April. I foolishly agreed to that as well. Then on 9th I finally got the sofa delivered which to my horror was having one small sofa having wood carving design exactly opposite of the other one. I immediately called customer service that there is a mistake from your side. The lady told need not to worry, they will contact us soon, However that day passed neither the sales person (Zaheer) nor the customer service. Finally next day Zaheer called and said he will enquire the matter and came back next day on 12th telling that that was the same sofa which I booked and design flaw is not their mistake. I asked for his Customer Relation Manager Ravindra, who too was as ignorant as Zaheer and not ready to accept his mistake. I asked them to come to my house have a look then decide yourself, he said he or no body cannot come as Sat or Sun they have sales pressure. Finally I took pictures of my sofa and traveled 25km to shop and showed them. The guy instead of admitting his mistake behaved like a cop asking questions like are you absolutely clear that the day you saw the sofa didn't had the flaw and all that. I reached break even point and threatened to put a consumer case and also put a mail to my company employees regarding the service, he said he will try to resolve the issue in 1 day. But nothing has happened so far. The only thing I can make make out from my experience is:
                                  1. Hometown is high show shop filled with fake things.
                                  2. Your staff doesn't have common sense, dignity & honesty.
                                  3. Customer Relation Management doesn't aims to have better relation with customer rather make fool of them.
                                  4. You have no feeling for customer emotion, seeing the number of complaint on website, I congratulate you for mastering the art of deciet.

                                  I would and should launch a consumer case against you and forward my woes to everyone I know. Atleast I will circulate a mail to 20k collegues of my company. Hope 5k of them read and refrain going to your shop.

                                    I purchased a Samsung 21 inch color Television from Big Bazaar, Durgapur, West Bengal on 07/04/2009. There was an offer to provide an Iron on a purchase between Rs 5000/- to Rs 9999/-. My purchase falls in this category. On 08/04/2009 the T.V. was delivered but without the assured gift. The delivery man said the gift would be delivered by the person who would come to install the TV. However, till now (15 Hrs on 09/04/2009) there is no response from the shop. My phone calls regarding the same is not being attended.

                                    i puchased a philips gogear-2 GB i-pod from durgapur big bazar on 9 nov 2008. they told that, its having warranty of 3 months, but actually anywhere in india, it provides warranty of on year. my ear phone stopped working after 4 months and the said there is no warranty for the ear phones and now my i-pod set is not working and they are not ready to listen my query

Don't know its the big boss who is involved or not but the salesmen cheated me by giving free gift coupon of simcard T24 with promising about Rs135.talktime on buying items for about Rs 4000 on 2nd feb2011.I am an army officer of the rank of Major at present.They took my photograph and xerox copy of my Driving license of activating the sim card and talktime, but they never turn up.So I decided to produce this to consumer's club and most of all I advice all my colleagues, superiors and subordinates of the Indian Army to avoid this so called BIGBAZAAR and GO FOR SPENCER which is truthful and take care of their customers 10 times more than them .

                                      I purchased one Sony Bravia LCD TV(KLV-37S400A) from Ezone outlet in Hometown, Marathalli, Bangalore in exchange of my old TV(LG Flatron-21 inches) on 4-4-2009. For this I paid Rs.53900/- and recieved an exchange value of Rs. 4000/- for my old TV. They were to come and pick up my old TV set the next day[protected] and I was promised the the delivery of my LCD TV on 6-4-2009 between 3:00p.m.-5:00 p.m. Accordingly they came and picked up my old TV set on 5-4-2009 but I am still awaiting the delivery of my LCD TV. Moreover they are not even answering my phone calls for enquiry.Each time I get the reply that we will get back to you after 5 minutes which never occurs. Kindly do the needful to sort out my grievance.
