[Resolved]  BIG FLIX — Wrong debit of subcription charges and no revertal

Referring to the above account. I had signed up for big flix on 29th january. I paid my subscription charges of Rs. 699 by online net banking. After checking my bank statement I was appalled to see two debits of Rs. 699 towards ccavenue. I do not know how two debits can be made for one account subscription. I called up customer care to inform them of the same and also sent an email to customer care. I was assured of immediate reversal and credit of 699 into my account. Until today no changes have been reflected and I have not been reimbursed. It is over a month since I have not been paid back funds which you have wrongly debited. I have been calling up customer care since 29th january every single day without any satisfying response. I am made to hear that it is in process and will be reverted soon. False promises of a callback and immediate responses have been made. Even speaking to floor supervisors like srinivas and sangeeta has had no effect. Please note that customer does not have the time to call up and keep asking for the status of complaints. I have to literally beg for my own money which has been debited wrongly on account of loopholes on the side of big flix. It is a clear case of cheating the customer and wrong accumulation of subscription fees. There are several movie renting services available which are on par with big flix. However looking at the reputation and backing name of reliance I chose big flix looking forward to prompt customer service. But my experience with big flix has totally put me off and I will think hundred times before renewing my service next month and will not at all be encouraged to recommend big flix to anyone. It is highly disappointing to receive such kind of response. I hope this is being read by a senior who cares for customer satisfaction. Looking forward to prompt action after literal harassment on the part of big flix. Please make sure Rs. 699 is credited to my account at the earliest or I will be forced to take further action against big flix.

BigFlix — No service provided

I took a subscription of movie rental service of BigFlix.com On June 06, 2008.
I got my first DVD delivered on Jun 06, 2008 and after that no service is provided by BigFlix.
I called customer care and opened a complaint :--77540
No resolution is provided till date and when i asked about cancellation of subscription they are not ready to refund the money...
I am feeling cheated...Please Help me
i took a subscription in march 2010. i renewed the membership in June 2010. i made request for more than 5 movies but none of them was delivered . my account got expired in December 2010. after expiry of account i came to know that at time of renewal they created a new account without any intimation, sms or mail. now they are blaming its all my mistake my complain no was[protected]. I am feeling cheated by such a big company like reliance. kindly short out the problem
