[Resolved]  BIG TV — Poor Feed back from customer care

I have bought Big tv before 45 days. Suddenly one day I got problem with the signal. I have made a complaint to Customer Care on 13th Sep 2008. They gave me feedback that their service man will come within 48 hours. But no one came and kept on complaining in customer care. The fellow who spoke to me last on 26th sep 2008 gave me a rough response and he ghave me a complaint no[protected]. He promised me that his service men will come within 48 hours. Until now no one has attended our problem. we have fed up complianing to the customer care and shop keeper. We have hardly watched Big Tv for hardly 25 days and we need back our money. Its better to have cable connection rather having a DIsh

WE ARE FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM AND TOLL FREE NO IS ENGAGED EVEN AFTER A 20 MINUTES.WE CAN SEE ONLY BLUE SCREEN.
I want to go for DTH and I surfed through the services available in market. I was interested in BIG TV because of better technology (MOEG4) but I was shocked that nobody at Reliance Communication Center is responsing me properly.
BIG TV IS NOT TAKING CARE BEFORE SALE.. WHAT IT WILL DO AFTER SALE?????
Don't go for BIG TV
while taking connection Big TV for six month in sept., 2008 we were told that all the free channels of movies from 120 onwards will be available for 6 months.All of a sudden all the movie channels from 120 onwards stopped asking for payment, what is this?cheating?No satisfactory reply from Customer Care.

We are not satisfied.We want to give it back.

Impolite is exact word to replace Big TV customer service, i think they all from slum area who doesn't know the meaning of customer service.
I have bought Big tv durring the month oct-08, Suddenly it stop working from last ten days i have made a complaint to Customer Care on 18-May-09 & again on 23-May09. They gave me feedback that their service man will come within 48 hours. But no one came and kept on complaining in customer care. The complaining # 98433385

this kind of company should not last for long, very bad service.

I totally agree and also relate to you becaues same incidents has happened with me and my big tv set top box got non functional and inspite of my freequent request nothing has changed and above all the customer care executive on big tv toll free num is pathecially rude with no sense of responsiblity and zero sense of respect for the custome full of egos and who enjoys to insults and humilate their customer . I have decided to fight for my right and get back my money with full compensetation and I have made up my minde to file a case against big tv in consumer court if you want you can join me togather we can fight for our right you can contact me on my ID madhwal.[protected]@gmail.com I have even consulted my laywer regarding the same and he in the process of filing the case .
I have bought Big tv on 28 May 2009 and my Big Tv ID No[protected]. I have recharge of my ID Card at Rs 2, 100/ for one year- Suddenly one day I got problem with the my Big tv chanel not watch.. But no one came and I just asked what hapend my complain your custmer care person Mr Manish tell me sir your complain is closed and he check feedback of the camplain. he is tell me that Mr Sudhir Singh of the engneer alrady solve your proglam. but they don't solve my proglam and I tell him that you can transfer my coll to your senior he is cut the coll. then after I coll to customer care five to six time to miss preeti and his spordinat me last on 07 Aug 2009 gave me a rough response and he tell me my sistem is not working . Now I have made a complaint to Customer Care on 08 Aug 2009. they ghave me a complaint no[protected]. He promised me one against that his service men will come within 48 hours. I bought big T.V for 2590+60. My s.c.n is[protected] in the name of imran.I want hindi pack . but in this D.T.H. we donot have any channelsI want. for the same payment we can enjoy all hindi channels in other DTH services. I went to dealer of our place. he told to do reacharge with extra 200 RS . iI reacharged in my account. To change the channels Iam trying to customer care [[protected]] since 3 days. but they are not responding .It is worst customer care amoung all D.T.H's.

Sir meri camplain he ki mera setup box kharab hua tha jiski camplain mene ki jiska camp.n.[protected] tha jo ki bina technision ke thik ho gaya tha par mera 375 kat liye gaye. Mene dubara camplain ke mujhe kaha gaya ki paisa refund hoga par ab tak nahi hua. Me kai bar camplain kar chuka hu par koi response nahi a raha hai. Please refund my money. Thank you

i am useing big tv connection from past one year. my customer id no is[protected]
my big tv remote is not working from last week. i have complained through phone more than three times, complaint no's as[protected])[protected].for all these times they replayed as our person will call you. there person called me and telling that come and pick from their point, i said iam at office. again he told send some one, who is there in home. still my remote is not working.
i really experianced very bad for purchaseing this BIG TV. BETTER TO GO FOR CABLE CONNECTION AGAIN. they will response immidietly. really very worst service

i am not agreeing the above comment, my cust id no.is[protected] and i am using big tv from when they started this service in india, once i got problem in set top box i called the person from whom i got connection, he forwarded me to customer care and have taken proper action to recover my problem . and they gave new set top box also .one more think about big tv, if our remote is not functioning properly they are replacing that also. so i'm very much satisfied with big tv and their customer service.
They are not doing anything. Really they are stupid. They are not even properly responding me for the issues. I transfered the money but they are saying like they didn't get money. Last four days they are doing like this... ..

i dont think these big tv guys or mr.anil ambani have any shame 2 go through these reviews...if they cant provoide service they better dont sell anything...i have a signal problem with my big tv and placed more than 5 complaints in 10 days..the standard answer is that my previous complaint is closed...but how???...no tech is bothered 2 come after placing numerous request..i have already mailed in all my friends email ids (nearly 1000) both official and personal cautioning them not to buy Big -tv..their call center guys are picked up from the nearby fish markets who can hardly speak english...shame on u Big-tv...i really dont know what i have purchased Big tv or BLOOD PRESSURE...WILL BE POSTING THIS REVIEW IN MANY CONSUMER SITES POSSIBLE..

I wish to bring to your notice that your services were disconnected without prior information or notice. I was experiencing a issue with the telugu regional pack which I reported to Customer Service on several occasions yet the issue was never resolved. And also i was asked to recharge Rs 17 for setmax but they have deducted Rs 5 and saying that balance is very less to activate Setmax channedl. I was not discounted for the inconvenience caused by the dismissal of the telugu regional pack service. Whenever I call Customer Service to report this issue, I was assured of a resolution within 24 hours of my call yet it was never resolved. For the complaint I placed on few days back I was responded only in the first week of April yet without resolution. Adding to my woes, in recent times I was forbidden from calling Customer Service by dialing the toll free number, since my number was blocked.

I trust I have waited patiently enough and every hope of a resolution seems lost. On the whole I am totally frustrated with the services of Big TV and therefore constrained to contemplate on withdrawing my subscription.

this is to inform all indians

The service provided by Reliance is very worst. either BIG TV or Reliance Broad band.
They want Money only. Once you check the reliance bill.
how much tax they are charging.
and big tv service is very worst.

even though we recharged for 1 year. every month they will disconnect the services. If we call continuously for 10 days the customer service we ask us to wait for 30 -40 min and they will say please recharge your account .


SO I REQUEST ALL INDIANS

BAN RELIANCE SERVICES IN ALL STATES.
