I am KOUSHIK HALDER from kolkata. Last night(05/12/2012) I made an attempt for online payment for cbse NEET APPLICATION FORM of Rs 1000/- .via billdesk.com via my sbi debit card. In the form fill up process a confirmation page will be printed automatically after successful transaction. But o first attempt the transaction has been failed.. So, I have tried for second time. and it was successful.Today I went to ATM branch to check my balance.But I saw that both the transaction has been debited from my account of Rs.1013.50 each, although first transaction was unsuccessful.
My request to you, please refund my unsuccessful transaction amount in my account.I wish to receive reply..You may contact me on the below address:- KOUSHIK HALDER

Billdesk.com — Balance Deducted But Recharge Not Confirmed

I have recharged my Dishtv Vc no. [protected] on[protected]:21:07 by Rs.200/- through https://www.billdesk.com/pgmerc/sbi/. My Payment Id is MSPG[protected]. Balance has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is till not been confirmed by dishtv.
