Sir, I am KOUSHIK HALDER from kolkata. Last night(05/12/2012) I made an attempt for online payment for cbse NEET APPLICATION FORM of Rs 1000/- .via billdesk.com via my sbi debit card. In the form fill up process a confirmation page will be printed automatically after successful transaction. But o first attempt the transaction has been failed.. So, I have tried for second time. and it was successful.Today I went to ATM branch to check my balance.But I saw that both the transaction has been debited from my account of Rs.1013.50 each, although first transaction was unsuccessful. Billdesk.com — Balance Deducted But Recharge Not Confirmed
I have recharged my Dishtv Vc no. [protected] on[protected]:21:07 by Rs.200/- through https://www.billdesk.com/pgmerc/sbi/. My Payment Id is MSPG[protected]. Balance has been deducted from my bank account but recharge is till not been confirmed by dishtv.
